Frustrated –
I received my refurbished iMac only to find that it arrived with a PC keyboard (complete with the windows key) and it, along with the mouse, are not compatible with this machine. A replacement keyboard and mouse can’t be sent separately so I would either have to pack up and send back the entire system and wait 2 weeks for a replacement or walk into a best buy and hope they have a replacement available to make an exchange.

Wrong power cord was sent along with the absolute crappiest bluetooth keyboard and mouse available on the market. I couldn’t even get the keyboard to work. Very disappointing.

It won’t update. We tried 5 different times and still won’t update. It is an open boxed item. But I don’t believe that should be a reason why it shouldn’t work properly

When I was online getting ready to purchase this computer, I was chatting with the online assistant. I was very clear that the sole intention of this computer is to be used for music production and I will need to upgrade the ram to 32 gb. I asked if the geek squad will be able to do that for me. The online person said “absolutely, no problem”. When I received the computer the keyboard was not a Mac keyboard. I took it to the geek squad and they said they can not install the ram because of the model of the computer they would have to remove the screen, and they simply don’t do that. It was a complete waste of time. Also in the initial setup of the computer it was extremely slow. For example, I had to do a force quit 3 times just in the initial setup (selecting language and country, all of that basic stuff) once I got passed all of that, just to open an icon on the desktop it would take about 7 to 8 seconds to open whatever I clicked on (and that’s me being generous). Buyer beware!!

Extremely slow. I have had it for a couple of months, and now it will not even turn on. Hopefully customer service will work with me to fix it or replace it. I wish I would’ve just saved up a little longer to buy something new.

Works as it should, no issues and my only complaint was I didn’t receive an apple keyboard or mouse/trackpad but some flimsy crap keyboard & mouse but was able to get those items elsewhere. Very happy with the Mac itself

Exceptional; looks brand new and was easy to set up. However. The keyboard and wired mouse are cheap. So I ordered a used wireless keyboard and mouse, but it would connect via Bluetooth.
