Very good price and purchase. Since the hot weather has cause short power outages , twice now – the unit has performed. The best thing is that the battery is in vertical position – i replaced one that had it horizontal and there was acid leakage. Problem solved.

I bought this after we experienced a sudden surge that took out our main router. After replacing the router, I wanted to make sure we had something to protect our devices as well as have at least a temporary power backup in the rare event that our power went completely out. I also liked the idea of having at least one USB port available to help charge/power at least one phone.
Currently, we have the device serving a router, network switch, TV, Roku box, and PS4. Set up was fairly simple. My only wish is that there were more spacing options for the power plugs to accommodate for bulkier power plugs

it works very well. the unit has some weight to it so use caution when mounting to a wall. the power flashes many times in a month where i live, and this keeps my essential devises running every time, no problem.

It’s really great to have your items that keep the time when the electricity goes off for two seconds and your timer stays on! You know… the little timers that only stays on schedule if there’s no interruptions with the power. From coffee makers to whatever you need to automatically come on when they are supposed to!

What to say…..its a battery back up/surge protector?
Appears heavy duty, My previous unit was also APC and battery lasted > 5 yrs . It has 7 outlets compared to 8 outlets on old unit .

Would not recommend this product. No matter what I use it for, or how many plugs I plug into it, it always lets out an insanely loud constant beep and shuts off. It lasted a month before this happened. I can plug my phone into it as a charge and it still does it. Do not recommend at all. Went with a different brand and had much better luck.

This thing has saved me so many times! I have power surgers all the time. Prior to getting this i would lose all of my unsaved work. Now it has enough battery that I can save my work and shut down or I cna just keep working through the lose of power if it is short lived. It has already paid for itself in the time it has saved me!

Works absolutely fine, we have frequent power outages in our area due to road construction. this backup pickups immediately after an outage and stays up for a good amount of time.

I have only 2 things plugged into it, my PC and one of my monitors, and every 2-3 weeks the alarm starts going off indicating it lost power, which it didn’t, or that it’s experiencing a battery failure. And this started withing the first few weeks of owning it. Manufacturer support said there doesn’t appear to be anything wrong with it but I could send it in to get serviced.
It might just be a bad unit right out of the box, and I know that’s usually rare, but I’m just going to buy a better model to be safe.
Other copies of the same device probably don’t have this issue, but mine does, and it’s very aggravating when it goes off and I have to shut my PC down in the middle of work just to reset it to get the alarm to shut up.

Decided to purchase due to frequent power outages in neighborhood. Ironically since using it, I haven’t had any outages so I can’t really say if it works. It has plenty of outlets for the living room entertainment center equipment. Not to bulky compared to my older back ups.
