    This is the second APC protector I have purchased. My first is larger in capacity and has been running for about two years with no problems. The unit I just purchased is for a PC running 24×7 and used as a server. It also backs up Ethernet coaxial device. PC and device (w/o monitor turned on) only pull about 14w (SSD PC) and have backup time of about 2 hours per software monitoring software included. I like that this unit has replaceable battery which is easily installed during setup. I have not had to replace battery in the unit purchased before. It also runs 24×7 and backs up router, cameras, and coaxial backbone network.

    I have bought these battery backuos for years. Very reliable. I use mine to keep internet from going out in a storm or quick power outage. Can keep internet on for hours if power stays out.

    Good arrangement of sockets – easy to fit in all my plugs, including two large ones.
    You must be careful attaching the battery cable, but it is OK for those of us not an expert on that sort of thing. But at least this suggests that we can replace the battery, unlike the Cyberpower UPS that I just had to get rid of about 2 months after its battery warranty expired.
    Have not yet had to test the device since there have been no storms, but it is ready to go when there is a power failure.

    It’s a UPS. Works fine. Have had no issues and keeps Synology NAS running during the occasionally power outage and brownout.

    Seems to be a good battery back up. The only negative comment is that the outlets are turned the wrong direction to take full advantage of all of the outlets, as most of the plugs for routers, modems, etc. are long and cover up more than one outlet.

    Works as expected (surge protector and back up). The green-lit LED lets everyone know it’s powered on, and red-LED and alarm signal lets you know it’s running on the backup battery. Be aware this battery only run on the battery 30-45 minutes after loss of power, depending on what’s plugged into the backup plugs (this device also has surge-only outlets).

    I have this on my 3D printer for power outages (the normal kind and the kind where the adult child turns on everything at once.) It’s small and doesn’t have a lot of juice to run stuff a long time but this will keep the printer going long enough to do a soft pause to finish up a print layer or needing to flip the breaker (in the case when it’s the kid.)

    Very pleased with this APC Back-UPS. I have a total of 3 APC UPS in the house this latest one is in the living room for the TV and related equipment. The others in my study and home office to provide back-up and surge protection for all my electronic equipment.

    It’s hard to spend money on a “what if”, but with thunderstorm season coming, I bought this to keep my modem and router powered on in case the lights go out.

    Seems well built and the instructions were easy to follow.

    My experinece with most APC and that they dont give you a very long battery life regardless of cost. Gives you enough time to shut down if you are close.

    All I can say is this battery backup is working so far. I bought it to help protect my WI-FI and cable modem from nuisance power outages (lights flickering, etc.) that frequent my neighborhood from time to time, resulting in intermittent loss of both WI-FI and TV streaming from the internet. Occasionally I still need to reboot the cable modem because my cable provider is incompetent, but the number of Wi-Fi interruptions has been reduced markedly by this battery backup.

    I am using this product in my internet modem and entertainment devices. Very useful specially if theres a power fluctuation, it will not affect that connected to it.
