    The gameplay is actually fun just it does have some bugs and the story mode is short and not a lot of content for a $60 game but soon they are releasing new DLC so hopefully they can turn it around.

    The initial grind to level 30 is kinda fun, minus the walls you hit in the campaign. No spoilers. End game is kinda lacking at the present time.

    Not the best game I’ve played, there was a lot of hype for this game but for me I ask why, game play is okay at best and for the price point not worth it I feel I paid $65 for $15 game. I’ve only played it the first day I bought it and played for a few hours and I don’t feel the want as I do many other games. The load time between sessions is way to long and is discourages me to continue.

    The core Anthem gameplay is everything I hoped it would be. Playing out Iron Man fantasies whilst flying around tossing fireballs, lightning bolts and a hailstorm of lead is intensely fun and satisfying.

    Which makes it a little disappointing that some of the background systems, the narrative approach and the sheer amount of content can be so lacking. For a loot shooter it has more minimal build options and visual customization than it should. Endgame content is scarce and navigating the story environment (Fort Tarsis) is sluggish and a little boring.

    Luckily, all of that fades away when you hop in your javelin and fly around the world looking for a fight.

    I have put 80 hours into this game so far. The gameplay is good and very fun. But there are problems with bugs, low loot drops, etc that if not fixed could ruin the game.

    This game is fun! Good story, especially if you are into reading lore. Characters you can fall in love with. Playing with the javelins and getting loot is a blast. Unfortunately once you finish missions and the story the only thing to do is grind.

    The game was really good at launch, but very buggy. I think a big problem with the game so far is the lack of versatility between suits. In game, players can pick 1 of 4 suits. Everyone seems to be playing the “storm” suit, with good reason. Thid makes other suits less rewarding. Many compare this to Destiny2. If it came down to it, this game has great flying mechanics but a lack of fps makes it less “awesome” than destiny. The lack of pvp is also underwhelming. The story is great and gameplay is pretty good though. Definitely able to kill some hours with this. Even better with friends

    Don’t get too caught up with the critics. Every time you launch into the open world it’s unlike anything you’ve played before. It’ll only get better with time once more content is available

    This game is great it has some glitches at first that made it unplayable but with the updates it’s not as bad. It is annoying feeling the game was not finished at the start but it will be better over time hopefully. The loot drop rate was fine before hand. When you have non mmo players complaining about a drop rate because they are used to getting good loot constantly through other games is crazy. But the game is great

    Fun game, pure and simple. I enjoy the game and play it almost daily. Being able to fly is really cool. The combat mechanics are fun and work well with the 3rd person view. I like that each Javalin is completely different and has it’s own unique abilities. Speaking of which, the abilities are lots of fun. It’s just a joy dropping a massive lightening strike or cluster of missiles on an enemy. Anthem got a bad reputation at launch which I don’t think was fair. Sure it a had a few bugs but a lot of games do at launch so this was nothing new and the issues weren’t really that bad. The developers have been constantly fixing things so it keeps getting better. All I can say, is don’t believe all the negative press about this game, try it for yourself.

    I love this game. Hopefully Bioware keeps their support up. The flight system and graphics alone are worth the money to me.

    Anthem is adding to the list of games that is released at about 70% completion to get a boost of cash flow and give them time to complete the rest of the game. It is still plauged by constant server issues weeks after launch where you feel that you wait on a loading screen longer than you play the game. That being said I did enjoy playing through the storyline even though it was incredibly predictable and really had no surprises. There is no real end game besides playing the same missions over and over again in the hopes of getting a ledgendary that drops 1 in about 30 to 45 missions. Right now this game is getting some shelf time until the game has been completed by the developers and I will give it another shot.

    I am a big fan running or flying around the world or areas that a game has. ANTHEM has done really well and it looks amazing!

    Having a blast playing this game with friends and just going through the campaign. It does get a little repetitive and there are a number of glitches (some that have been fixed already) and other improvements that are needed (more armor would be ideal).

    Firstly I like the game, but its laggy, has a very shallow story and lore. And the fact that bioware is now stopping support for this game to make Dragon Age 4 is infuriating. Literally wish I could get a refund. Do not buy this game unless you’re looking for a reason to hate yourself

    My friend recommended downloading this game, so I did. He said it would be fun. It’s not. Dialogue is garbage. Graphics are pretty awesome, though. The gameplay is rather dull. It was a waste of my money, and now I’m sad.

    This game didn’t hold me down as long as I would have liked but I still had good times with friends while I was on it (I think that is really what makes a game, which of your friends get the game as well, lol).

    Now digital wise, BB messed me up at first. I didn’t receive my code at launch which sucked. And then the first code didn’t include the bonus items for preordering so I go another code. Eventually everything got fixed but grrr, as a gamer, you all know the importance of getting on game day one to play with your friends, so eh.

    This game isn’t for everyone, but if you like flying around like Iron Man and using crazy powers with a very long list of items to explore, then you will love this game! It is a little slow to get started but then it becomes addictive and you want to finish every mission and side quest. This was a great addition to the game library in my opinion and it is an underrate title for sure.
