Anova – Precision Cooker 3.0 – Black $96.00 Save:$53.00(36%)
Description
  • What is sous vide?
Sous vide (pronounced sue-veed) is a cooking technique that utilizes highly precise temperature control in a circulating bath of water to deliver consistent, edge-to-edge perfect results, with virtually no risk of overcooking your food.
  • Precision temperature control
The difference between a rare and medium rare steak is just 3°F (or 1.7°C) – leaving almost no margin for error. Our obsession with precision drove us to design sous vide cookers that will always keep your food within 0.2°F (or 0.1°C) of your target temp.
  • App + connectivity
Cook, browse recipes, and monitor your meals remotely via your mobile device. Whether you’re seeking inspiration for your next ambitious weekend meal, or just want to make an easy weeknight dinner — do it from anywhere via the connected Anova App.
  • Fits any pot/dishwasher safe
The adjustable clamp makes it an ideal fit on nearly any pot that is deep enough to meet the minimum water depth requirements. A removable stainless steel skirt on the cooker’s lower half makes it easy to detach and clean the skirt either by hand or in the dishwasher.
  • Power rating
With 1100 Watts of power and a flow rate of 8 Liters/min, the Anova Precision Cooker 3.0 has the power to get to your desired temperature quick, and is a perfect tool for big batch cooks.

    Pro:
    -Simple to use

    Con:
    -Takes a long time

I’ve never tried sous vide but I knew the process and the results are supposed to be incredibly tender and moist meals. It does take some patience to cook a meal, and some learning to cook properly with it. Having the app can help take some of the guesswork out.

Once linked, the app not only lets you control the cooker but also browse uploaded recipes. There are numerous and seems to have a good community of people adding more. Once you have the recipe picked out and prepped your ingredients, simply tap to start cooking and the app will set the time and temperature according to the recipe. Though it’s easy to start cooking, you still have to be mindful during cooking, as differences in the cut or thickness of the meat can affect the result. My first time, I followed a steak recipe but used thinner cuts and ended up overcooking it. Some recipes can end up either overcooking or undercooking and it takes trial and error to learn the proper settings.

The cooking process is simple but takes a very long time, which is the biggest con of using this cooking method. First, fill a tall pot with enough water, and clamp the cooker on the side of the pot. Set the temperature and time (or use a recipe from the app), then wait for the water to heat up. Once ready, drop the ingredient in a sealed bag and wait hours for it to slowly cook. It’s recommended that you use vacuum sealed bags, but you can use a ziplock freezer bag instead. Just dip the bag into water to push out all the air. Once the cooking is done, you would usually do a quick sear in the pain to finish it off. If done right, it should be brown on the outside and soft and moist on the inside.

Cleaning is minimal since it’s just dipped into water. The clamp can be loosen and removed, then twist the metal sleeve and slide it off. The inner coil can be wiped gently.

I’m still learning how to get the settings right and do the proper finish to get the desired result. While it’s easy to set up and cook, it takes a long time. Having the app makes it a bit easier to jump in and start trying out meals.

Did you know the difference from a rare to a medium rare steak is just 3 degrees? I didn’t realize it….As someone who grills or smokes meats 4-5 days a week this is a necessary addition to my arsenal. If you don’t have one, then trust me, you NEED one. I know, I get it….I was skeptical too about cooking in a “water bath”, but once you understand the why and how, it will make sense to any average joe who understands that when you are smoking or grilling food, its all about cooking to that perfect internal temp instead of cooking for any amount of time. Utilizing this device takes out all the guess work…. it will literally be IMPOSSIBLE to overcook that expensive ribeye you bought. It will make it super easy to cook that filet to the perfect internal temp that your wife wants every single time you use it without overcooking and ruining that expensive cut of meat! Don’t get confused and think that this will take the place of your favorite grill or smoker, just think of it as another accessory that makes grilling or smoking that meat to that perfect internal temp and never having to worry if you need to flip it, or if you left it on the grill too long, or if the grill temp accidently got too hot. I didn’t even get to the app yet, this makes it even easier since you don’t have to stand around all day babysitting the cook. Go buy on already!

Why invest in yet another way to make dinner? To make it delicious of course! The Anova Precision Cooker helps to cook food exactly as you’d want to eat it: Full of flavor, healthful, and without too much thought.

Likely you wouldn’t be looking at this unless you already know what sous vide cooking is. Anova is one of the leaders in this cooking subculture and it’s not accidental. This precision cooker heats the water quickly and keeps it at your desired temperature for as long as you need it. I started with cold water meant to keep my frozen chicken breast cold until I was ready to remotely turn on the water bath. The Precision Cooker 3.0 brought the 6 quarts of water from 45 degrees to 149 degrees in under 10 minutes. The timer on the cooker is smart enough not to start counting down until the water is at the desired temperature. From tap water, it was even faster.

Anova’s cooker connects to your WiFi very easily, using their app. This lets you remotely start the Cooker from another room or another house. It also lets you save recipes for future use. Finally, you can see your progress towards a delicious meal. The app is also helpful for looking up time/temperature settings for various items you may consider making. It’s not comprehensive, but it’s a good place to start before going to the great unknown of Google.

The cooker can attach to the side of nearly any pot. I used it with both a stock pot and an instapot. This worked very well with the instapot as the outside is very well insulated. I found some silicon covers online which help keep the heat in and control evaporation.

When it’s time for clean up, the bottom slides off easily after a strong twist. That provides easy access to clean the heater, the propeller, as well as the outside. Fortunately, this shouldn’t be needed often as the hot water you’re cooking it doesn’t touch the food.

Anova continues to innovate in the space they own. While the innovation isn’t overly significant, It’s nice they don’t take their #1 status for granted. Kudos for continuing to put out a quality, well made product!

I’ve wanted a Sous Vide cooker forever and am so excited to finally have one! This gadget is pure magic. With it I have the ability to cook the most consistent perfectly cooked steaks. It really is dumby proof, you just set it and leave it and in a few hours you have the perfect meal.

Using this precision cooker is pretty straight forward. You’ll need a container for the water and a vacuum sealer to vacuum pack your meat for cooking in the water bath. Once you have that you just place this cooker in the water and set it to the necessary temp or use the app to walk you through the process. Cooking is really pretty simple you just set it and leave it, after a few hours you’ll have a perfectly done piece of meat. What’s really great about this system is there is zero risk of over cooking your food, it’s impossible! The end product is a perfect piece of meat every time. You’ll still need to crisp up your meat with a torch or a grill to give you a crsut since the sous vide can’t do that.

This cooker also comes packed with plenty of tech features such as an app and wifi connectivity, letting you cook from anywhere.

Overall there is very little not to like about this cooker. It’s small, takes up no space when your not using it and cooks amazing food. The only downside is the need for other specialized equipment to get full use, but the investment is well worth it.

I have heard so much about sous vide precision cookers and could not wait to try this Anova. The day it arrived I ran out to the local grocery store and purchased 2 sirloin steaks and 2 filet mignon steaks. I brought them home and immediately slathered them in olive oil and some salt and pepper. I then placed them in my vacuum seal bags and sealed them with my food saver vaccum sealer. I now had 4 perfectly packaged steaks ready for my large pot and my new precision cooker. I used my 5 quart stock pot filled with water. I placed the Anova in the pot and made sure the water level was not past the max fill line. Filled with excitement, I was ready to cook! I downloaded the app, created an account, then followed the instructions to pair a new device. Everything was running pretty smooth as it discovered my new 3.0 cooker and began to pair. The app states that it could take a few minutes, but after over 5 minutes I began to worry. After several more minutes it did not look like it would successfully pair. So I had to force close the app and relaunch. The app now showed that my new Anova was registered or paired, but not connected. So I restarted the actual precision cooker to see if it would connect to the app. It never did. So I decided to to add another new device in an attempt to pair my new cooker. It found the cooker, connected to my network and showed that the pairing was successful, I was relieved. Then the app stated that a firmware update was required, so I launched the update. The update screen stated that it would take a few minutes, but this also ran for over ten minutes! I had to force close the app again. I was now over a half hour into trying to start the cooking process and my steaks were beginning to look sad. When I restarted the app I chose not to run the update. The app showed my cooker as being connected, but after trying to look at the device settings, the cooker kept disconnecting. The precision cooker continued to connect and disconnect intermittently. I was very frustrated. I browsed the app and found a steak recipe I liked and you can select “cook this recipe” in which it sets up and runs the precision cooker for that recipe. Luckily my Anova was connected at the time and it actually started cooking. I breathed a sigh of relief and continued with my day until the hour had passed. When the steaks were done cooking I took them outside to my grill, which had been preheated at high heat. I seared the steaks with the high heat and got them some beautiful grill marks. After a few minutes of resting I served up the steaks for my wife and I. The first few bites made me quickly forget the awful experience of setting up the device. I was taken to a wonderful place of perfectly cooked steaks that was better than the best steak house I could ever remember going to. The outer char/grill marks gave the steaks a wonderful texture, while the interior was extremely tender and perfectly seasoned throughout. We both agreed that these were the best steaks we had ever prepared at home. I have made steaks in almost every other way imaginable, with my go to being in a cast iron, basting with garlic butter and seasoning. This new method will be our new go to, and cannot ever imagine going back to any other way.
Overall, I really love how the steaks came out. So much so that I forgot to to take a photo of the finished product because we ate them so fast. The setup was painful, but the app is actually very intuitive and useful. The cooking times are very long, at least an hour for steaks, so be prepared for that. I feel that once you start cooking some food with this, you will never go back.

I’ve been looking to get a sous vide cooker forever since everyone I know that has one raves about them. After getting the Anova PC3, I can totally see why; sous vide takes all the guesswork out of cooking, and Anova’s app takes that convenience to the next level. I’ve had great results with every type of food I’ve tried, so if you’re considering buying one, I’d highly recommend you go for it!

I’ve tried a number of foods with the Precision Cooker 3, ranging from steaks to wild duck and venison to stews, and it allowed me to cook everything perfectly. In my experience, it holds an unexpectedly consistent temp for the duration, allowing you to key in on exactly the level of done-ness you want. At this point, I’ve cooked a number of steaks with the Anova and though I normally prefer to grill them, the winters around here mean grilling isn’t always an option. I dialed in 125 degrees, threw them in, let them sit for a few hours (I’ve heard no more than 6 hours recommended), and then finished them off with a quick sear on a frying pan when we were ready for dinner. The steaks were a perfect medium rare, which is somewhat difficult to do with just a frying pan alone without constantly monitoring them. My experience with steaks was similar across the board for everything I’ve tried. Wild duck and venison are notoriously difficult to cook correctly; not so with the Anova PC3. Beyond various meats, I also tried pre constructed beef stew, and this predictably turned out great as well. The ability to “low and slow” cook it means it turns out perfect every time.

The Precision Cooker 3 is incredibly easy to use, both standalone and with the app. The cooker has intuitive controls on the top and gives you a quick view of both the temp and time. However, the Anova app takes this ease of use and the general convenience of sous vide cooking and supercharges it; it allows you to see the cooking progress from wherever you may be, and also allows you control the device remotely. In my case, I’ve used this to “stage” the Precision Cooker 3 in the water ahead of time, and then fire it up when I’m ready while not needing to be next to the actual cooker. Beyond the device control, however, the app also includes cooking guidelines for various foods giving you all the information you need to make delicious meals with very little effort.

Overall, my experience with the Precision Cooker 3 has been great. Being my first sous vide cooker, I didn’t quite know what to expect, but it’s been nothing short of a major upgrade to our cooking routine around the home. It’s brought the same level of convenience that crockpots have for years, but with infinitely more control of how done your food is.

The Anova Precision Cooker 3.0 is Anova’s latest and greatest sous vide cooker. Sous vide cooking is new to me, and the Anova unit is a great one to get started with. Overall I’m very impressed and happy to add this particular kitchen gadget to my arsenal. Sous vide provides a unique and tasty way of making all sorts of foods.

First of all, an overview of sous vide. Essentially a device like this has an end that is submerged in water and heats the water while mixing it. The water flows around and is able to evenly cook things that are vacuum sealed (more on that in a second) evenly without losing moisture. The outcome is juicy, tender meats, and thoroughly evenly cooked foods. Anova has been doing this for a while in the home market, and has really refined their approach.

Inside the box you’ll find very little. Simply the device itself awaits, and instructions that tell you to find the app. Once you’ve installed the app there isn’t a ton of information to get you started. I found it confusing at first, but there are some videos to get you started. The most confusing part is knowing how to seal food. I purchased several foods already vacuum sealed, so that took a step out, but they do have a video to show you how use ziplock baggies and the water submersion technique to eliminate all the air in the bag.

To get started, you need a pot that you can clamp the Precision Cooker on to. You fill said pot with water – enough to keep the food submerged and the heating element submerged. You can adjust the height of the element by loosening a nut on the device. Once submerged, you can use the control panel (or the app) to start the device. You can adjust both the temperature and time. The real time temperature gauge at the top will let you know when the water is ready. There are two touch sensitive icons that let you change the function of the plus and minus from temperature to timer. The temperature can be set from 32F to 198F, and the timer from 5 minutes to 5 minutes shy of 100 hours. Most recipes won’t be pushing either of these limits however.

I made several meals, but I’ll say I was especially happy with how my salmon turned out after about 50 minutes. It was well done (as was the preference of myself and guest), but so flavorful and juicy. The texture was preserved and just fall apart tender. A steak was very similar, targeting a medium well – the final seared product was both juicy and perfectly done throughout. It’s hard to imagine how you could do this any way other than with super consistent temperatures that a Sous vide can provide.

The app is super helpful, and will connect to the device via WiFi. Once connected you can simply find a recipe and say cook this. The cooker can be remotely turned on this way, so if you started with chilled water to keep meat safe, you could have this remotely start to cook a few hours later. That said, I found the app more helpful as a reference for how to cook, and also for videos on how to do different things, like the ziplock bag trick. I love the recipe ideas; everything from tender steaks to making creme brulee.

Overall there is little bad I can say about the Anova Precision Cooker 3.0. It has WiFi, an intuitive interface, and produces delicious food. It’s quick to warm up water, and cooks amazingly well. Highly recommended!

I have a few years experience cooking Sous Vide, I think I have one of the first ever home versions of a machine from around 2013, and I can say that they have come a long way since then.

The size of this machine is impressive, at just under 13″ in height, it’s a good 5-6″ shorter than the unit it replaces. Not to mention it weighs considerably less and is just as effective at heating water, if not more so.

I use a very large stock pot for all my sous vide cooking, it retains heat pretty well, but is also large enough to hold a high volume of water. One downside to this new shorter model is that the min line is higher up than previously, so it requires more water to start with. This of course is easily fixed by using a shorter but wider pot. Just something to keep in mind here.

From an ergonomic stand point, my only annoyance is that the power plug isn’t removable. I’m not sure who thought that was a good idea, but it makes cleaning a bit harder with the plug always making its presence known, and storage is a bit harder too.

The sound the pump makes unfortunately isn’t that pleasant, mine emits a high pitch hum while on, which is a bit fatiguing for my ears. The previous machine I used was more of a low pitch whirr of a water pump, this new Annova is like an electric motor is running. Obviously it is a motor, but they could have done a better job making the sound more pleasant. Considering the device will be in use for possibly 48-72 hours for slow cooker meals, more care should have been given here.

These two issues account for the 3* review, it’s a bit frustrating that these were overlooked.

When actually using the device to cook with, it couldn’t be any easier though. Pick your temp, hit start and wait for the water to heat up. The app is great as well. From the app you can see the current water temp and the target temp. You can also set a desired timer for your cooks too. Want to cook a chicken breast at 145* for 60 minutes? Consider it done, it’s that simple.

The device is simple to use, and the app pairing makes it easy to monitor your food and keep track of everything. I wish the cord was removable (if it is, I can’t figure out how) and the pump sounded nicer. The efficiency and easy of use though make this a worthy purchase in my opinion.

  9. Tstall

I have been wanting to cook sous vide for such a long time rather than having to buy prepared sous vide meals and the time has finally come.

The first thing I made was sous vide egg bites. The recipe was so easy and the Anova was simple to use. I actually setup the Anova as I was using it for the first time and it was so easy.

Reminder, I completed the setup during my first time using the Anova. To setup the app and device it was super simple. I downloaded the Anova app, mounter the Anova on one of my cooking pots, and plugged it in. The app pretty much took it from there once I selected the device. You need to heat up the water using the Anova prior to adding your ingredients (in ziplocks w/no air or vacuum bags). The device will beep when ready! It’s convenient that the Anova is so easy to use to make your favorite sous vide meals. I also found out the stainless steel bottom of the Anova is removable for cleaning the device. The stainless steel cover can be put in a dishwasher but I preferred to hand wash mine. I also wanted to note I put my pot on the counter top under a large heat pad which made things easy to do during prep, cooking and cleaning at the end.

Now back to the first meal! I made breakfast, sous vide eggs! Wait till you see the pictures if you haven’t already. I whipped a batter egg mixture and filled up some small 4oz glass jars (following a recipe). Be careful not to put on the glass jar lids too tight! I insert my Anova, filled the pot with water, and fired up the device (as explained in the prior paragraph). The Anova is easy to use and control on the app. To be honest I did not touch my Anova buttons at all and controlled everything on the app including temperature and the timer. To make sous vide eggs it took about an hour. The Anova stayed on temperature the entire time and is super accurate and consistent. After an hour of cooking in the pot my sous vide eggs came out more beautiful than I imagined. I felt like a master chef! Not to mention the eggs were to die for!

The Anova is a great device to cook with and will add a large variety of new meals for you and/or your family. Anova is the staple for cooking in sous vide style and I highly recommend it for consistent and accurate temps/results.

I received the sous vide this past week and was anxious to see to use it. After opening the package I was impressed to see how nice and secure it was packed.

Upon opening the box I surprised to see that there was only a small instruction pamphlet to get you started. It didn’t help much. There was nothing to tell you what to set the temperature and cook time to.

What is needed is much more information on temperature settings and time. It’s very inconvenient If you have to go on your main computer and go to the manufacturer’s website to get everything you need. It would be nice to have at least some actual instructions with recommendations for temps and time for cooking. It would have also been nice to see some included recipes to try with the product. Many companies include things like this to give you a starting point with learning to use the device.

It is nicely made and feels very well constructed. It’s easy to clean as well.

Not having a reference or detailed instructions made cooking the first time not very successful and resulted in the meat being very dry. Overall with practice and more research it will be easier to use, but I think one of the biggest deal breakers is there not being any useful documentation in the box, especially if you’ve never used a Sous Vide before and being relegated to having to use the website is unfortunate. Even having something like a QR code to scan with your phone and download an app or open a manual would have been so much better.

  11. Samrio

Anova is known for being one of the first major players in bringing Sous Vide Precision cooking to the home, with smart features that were far superior to others. In the box you’ll find the Cooker, and some basic materials. The benefit of the Precision Cooker 3.0 is the WiFi connectivity and smart app, which allow you to start/stop cooking, set temperature, timers, and even monitor the device remotely.

There is a clamp on the device making this far easier to place in various containers for your cooking use. The Anova apps comes fully featured with recipes and even step by step instructions to prep and cook your meal. I was honestly quite blown away by the sheer number of recipes in the app, and just how easy it was to follow along. The result is perfectly cooked meats, with little worry that you’ll overcook anything. I was also impressed with just how quickly it got the water to temp!

Thus far, I’ve made about 10 steaks, burgers, chicken, and even used this to boil some eggs. The device boasts about 1100 watts of cooking power, the touch screen is easy to use and view the temp and cooking timer. Cleaning up is also easy, assuming the bag you used didn’t leak into the water. Compared to the previous generation device, I also found this one stayed connected to WiFi without once dropping off and the temp appeared to be consistent throughout the container I was using.

  12. Nice

I’m amazed at this little item. I had never heard of Sous Vide before. I had to do some research on this beautiful cooking style. Anyone who loves to get down inside the kitchen will enjoy this item. The setup was super easy and simple. Just like setting up most devices today. You download the app which will do almost everything for you. Do you have some zip-locked bags, a larger 12-inch pot, and an appetite? Then you have all the things along with the Precision Cooker to get started! The precision cooker can connect to Wi-Fi which I’m very much not a fan of.

Now connect the Precision Cooker to your large pot and be ready to be amazed. I didn’t use this to cook meats, but it can be used to make some wonderful vegetarian additions to a meal. The beauty of this is it’s hard to screw this up. Your food will not be overdone or overcooked. I would say this is more of a product for a culinary individual or for someone who loves cooking.

My only negative is the Wi-Fi and App. I don’t need my cooking devices to have Wi-Fi. I mean we already lived in a Wi-Fi-polluted environment. With the app… everyone wants you to download their app these days stealing your data (I’m not saying this is happening here) plus my phone only has so much storage.

  13. DavidG

what a waste of $100s not sure what im suppose to do w/ this returned

  14. JohnS

Excellent! It was everything I expected it to be. I would definitely recommend this item at any price, well maybe
$199.00. The only thing better than this purchase was the sales person who was very helpful and informative. Any body can use this item, it is very simple and easy to use and the food turns out perfect every time.

  15. Walt

Super good buy. You can never go wrong. Good cooks

  16. sdms

In less than 6 months this unit has failed. Needing to get a replacement, but don’t feel it is fair that I pay the $33 protection plan since it only lasted for barely 2 weeks and used only once.

  17. Josh

Love this thing dont even second guess it buy it!!!! I personally hate steak but this thing makes one of the best steaks ever

  18. JefferyS

I love it ….. best purchase in a long time…. Makes cooking for groups easy

  19. BestBuyBuyer

Anova – Precision Cooker 3.0 – great for cooking – makes a great present for someone who loves cooking – easy to use, stylish and doesn’t take up a lot of space

  20. NoLongerStumped

I have purchased at least 10 of these. I have two in Tahoe, two in Newport, and have purchased at least 6 as gifts for other people. These are fantastic. Turn cooking of proteins (meat and fish) into scientific perfection. Wow. And so easy to manage entertaining. You can worry about everything else and just pull out your meat or fish whenever you are ready.

  21. Steph

Works nice and quicker than I expected. Pleased with my purchase

  22. FoxRosenberg

Exactly the product it describes. Once the thing is wifi calibrated it is very easy to use. It should be noted if you wish to tighten the knobs to keep the device steady in its clamp stand that the side knob ; a clamp you’d assume to tighten the device into the clamp doesn’t do such.

  23. Megalo

Works great, love having buttons instead of relying on a phone app.

  24. Steaklover

This is a quality product and it is easy to use. It does not make a lot of noise and it works fast when you start it up.

  25. TheDawg

If a French water bath doesn’t get your steak in the zone then nothing will…

  26. mcasa

It broke after the first use, would not recommend.

  27. ShawnQ

Excellent product and very easy to use!! First time user and glad I made this choice.

  28. DevinA

I’ve been thoroughly impressed with the quality of the steaks I’ve cooked using this equipment. I’m eager to explore more recipes. While I had some initial doubts about the company, I decided to purchase both the food vacuum sealer and the Precision cooker, and they have proven to be excellent investments for my kitchen.

  29. user634285

Very happy with the cooker. It’s quiet and easy to use.

  30. Lana

I’ve been using the Anova Precision Cooker 3.0 for a few months now, and I must say it’s a worthy addition to my kitchen gadgets. Here’s what I’ve observed:
    Pros:
Precision: True to its name, the device allows for precise temperature control, ensuring that my dishes are cooked just the way I want them. My steaks come out perfect every time.
Ease of Use: The setup is intuitive, and even if you’re new to sous-vide cooking, you’ll get the hang of it quickly.
Connectivity: The Bluetooth and Wi-Fi features make it easy to monitor and adjust the cooking process from my phone.
Design: It’s sleek and doesn’t occupy too much space, which is a bonus for those with smaller kitchens.
    Cons:

Price: While I love the features and build quality, it’s a bit on the pricier side. That said, if you’re looking for a reliable sous-vide machine, this might be worth the investment.
Noise: Occasionally, it can get a tad noisy, especially if you’re cooking for extended periods.
    Final Thoughts:
The Anova Precision Cooker 3.0 is a solid choice for both sous-vide enthusiasts and beginners. It has a few minor drawbacks, but the overall performance and reliability overshadow them. If you’re serious about upping your cooking game, this might be the tool for you!

  31. Mark

Wish it didnt need so much water in the pot. It takes a lot of water to operate.

  32. user521412

This made my steak taste buttery delicious. Totally worth getting.

  33. F16Hoser

Works great! If anything, I dial it 2-3 degrees warmer than what i want or what the recipe calls for.

Simple to use controls are accurate.
A great addition to the kitchen.
It takes cooking meats toa whole to level of tenderness.

Great for ensuring your meat is safe to eat before cooking. Creates restaurant quality steaks, just pre-heat the pan to high and give all sides a nice sear for crispy on the outside, juicy in the middle.

Absolutely amazing, used this to make a Turducken for Thanksgiving and it was the moistest chicken I’ve had in a long time and the duck was perfect too! This did great over a long period of time as well. I’ve already suggested this to multiple family members!

Simple to use and a game changer. I’ve wanted to experiment with sous vide cooking for a long time. This is a very affordable option with all the functionality of more expensive items.

This was purchased as a gift, but I own one and have gifted others from this Brand and they are well worth the money, Friends with other brands have complained that their heaters have died or had other issues. These work well…period.
