This speaker/mic is fantastic. I’m in virtual meetings every day and got tired of wearing a headset. This is perfect. The mic works well and I come across clear. I also use it as a speaker to listen to music. The Bluetooth pairing sometimes takes a little long to connect.

Speaker feature worked great in a meeting room holding 12 attendees. Microphone pickup very spotty. Three attendees came through clearly, the others spotty or simply garbled.
Will run one more test with a different laptop to try to isolate the problem, but disappointing on initial use.

Got this for web meetings with customers. Does exactly as you’d expect. Volume is crystal clear and very loud. Not issues with mic on their end. Great speaker and what I expected from Anker!

I have other speakers and the voice sound was terrible. This speaker produced and played voices very well. It has worked perfectly for Zoom calls and my new VOIP phone.

Great product for the home office or the office office. Extremely loud and clear for voice calls and picks up voice from a much longer distance than a phone giving you freedom to move around. The mute function is convenient, and it’s easy to connect and reconnect with multiple Android and Apple phones. I would class myself as a light user, probably averaging less than 1 call/day, but even so it has been a worthwhile purchase.
P.S. don’t even think of playing music on one of these conference speakerphones, the sound quality for music is worse than an iPad’s built-in speaker.

Sounds great and everyone hears me great. It sometimes searches for a bluetooth when there is not an active sound from an application on the computer that can be annoying. But I just turn it off when that happens.

Set this up for a small conference room that had a desktop connected to a large flat screen tv. The desktop had a webcam on it but the mic wasn’t able to pickup all voices in the room. The conference table in the room can seat about 12 people. Paired this speakerphone to the desktop via bluetooth and reconfigured zoom to use the Anker speakerphone instead of the webcam mic. Big improvement overall. Anywhere around the conference table was clear to the zoom attendees and vice versa. On a side note, the desktop didn’t already have bluetooth built-in so a USB bluetooth adapter was installed for the pairing.

Great for Teams use and can mute from the speaker itself. Works best on Bluetooth. You can’t have Bluetooth on and have the usb connected to your computer to charge. You must charge to an outlet or other power source.

I now am a permanent work from home employee and needed a way to participate in Zoom calls on my MacBook Pro that was better than the built ins on the computer and was not a headset. I am very happy with this speakerphone. I do not use it on BlueTooth – I do have it plugged into a docking station. I can get the sound plenty loud enough to hear over my air conditioner and fan. If I’m not speaking, the mic will cancel out the sound from my AC, but the AC can be heard – a bit – in in the background if I am speaking. Not any worse than a standard set of headphones though. The mute button does actually mute the Zoom app, which is nice and since I wear glasses – not having to wear headphones anymore is delightful.

Great unit – really impressive honestly. Functionality is great, and the sound clarity is awesome.
No issues at all really, except some times my cell phone bluetooth connection will pick up and transfer the call from my phone to the unit. So… if you’re in another room of the home and answer your phone, it will transfer to the conference speaker. Annoying, but I guess I’ll deal with it.

I purchased this device in 2021 and it’s worked great. Out of the blue it just stopped working. Now it will randomly start making a very loud screeching sound which is beyond weird. I unplugged it and it won’t stop. I literally had to take it out to my garage because it was so loud. I’m hesitant to purchase another one but maybe I just bought a lemon.
