    It is not the item to buy if you are not technically sound. A simple plug and a wall charger work much easier and not as bulky carrying around.

    I travel often for my job. I’ve been caught in an airport, more than once, with 10% battery and two hours of flight time ahead of me. This purchase has taken some of the stress out of flying. The battery life is great. It is sleek and extremely portable. It comes with its own cord (with a usb adapter) and a pouch.

    Great little power bank. Bought for a friend to fit in her small purse. It is lightweight, thin, and can power an IPhone 12 mini two full charges. My larger anker can power my 13 pro max 3-4 times but it is much heavier and larger

    This charger was purchased on December 23rd and stopped working in Jan 15th. Less than a month of use! Best Buy will not refund! Such HORRIBLE customer service. Was told that there is nothing they can do. I have had an account for several years too. Extremely disappointed!

    Hard to figure out how to charge power bank as there weren’t any directions included Looked online and still couldn’t figure out. We think we’ve figured it out now (about a month after purchasing) and it does charge the phone fast. Like that it’s small and portable but good directions for dummies would’ve really been helpful

    I hiked the Inca trail and used my phone as my camera so I needed to be able to charge my phone at night. This Anker charger kept me up and running for 4 days.

    I bought this to carry with me, so I didn’t worry about always trying to find a plug in for my phones. So far it has worked great. I only use it when I’m not in the car, or at home and work, and it fits great in my purse. it’s quick, fast and doesn’t heat up my phone.

    This lightweight power bank is good for travel. It charges fast enough to have your device workable within half an hour. 10000mAh is not the fastest on the market but it worked for me.

    Great product. Fully charges my phone at least 3 or 4 times before having to recharge the portable charger. Bought one for everyone in my family. We have teenagers who travel for their sport so they take the portable charger with them because it is light weight and convenient to take with them.
