    Great battery, charges very fast. It has a large capacity, so it does take a long time to charge but that is expected.

    Pros – not too physically large, but large capacity, fast charging, low amp mode for small accessories, doesn’t get super hot

    Cons – Not lots of ports (1 USB-C, 2 USB-A), gloss black around the sides thats already showing scratches, power button is easy to press accidentally

    Mine was an open box, so I was a little wary of if the product would work. However, Ash, my cashier at the Springfield location was very helpful and let me test out the battery to make sure it was functioning properly. On top of that they advised me on the best cable to use with it.

    Very reliable. Just be aware it can heat up just a little so don’t put it in the same pocket of a bag that has something that shouldn’t be warm while actively using it.

    Pretty decent power supply. Only my real down side is that sales staff kept insisting that the unit it self was water resistant in the case of major rain and or flooding. None of the ports on this are sealable unlike what I previously bought from them.

    This product was recommended to me by a friend. I do red carpet events in the DMV and I need to keep my phone charged. It charges VERY quickly and I’m able to continue covering my events without issue.

    Great product. I used it while traveling and did not have to worry about the charger dying before arriving to my destination. It was a 20+ hour flight and I may have only used up half the battery when charging my Iphone 14. It is a little heavy but I think it’s worth the amount it can charge.

    I recently got this ahead of traveling so I wouldn’t have to worry about finding a place to charge my devices. This powered my phone for around 3 hours whie in transit and aboard a flight. It thougth the charges would drain some of it, but nope. All 4 lights still on. A great price and worth every penny. It’s a bit heavy but it makes it up with a steady supply of power. The only down side is the charging of it. If you drain it, it will take hours to get it back up to 100% when using an 18 watt charger. I don’t know the charge time when plugging directly into usb outlet.

    It works really well, however its huge! The initial charge takes about 6 hours so dont pull it out of the box thinking you can use it right away.

    Its definitely one of those keep it in your backpack or on the desk while your phone charges.
