    Unfortunately it was not compatible with my phone iPhone 11 Pro Max.
    It is a solid construction. I don’t know if it would work well with other phones.

    really great product except the arm cracked near the base after about 9-10 months. If I’m going to have to guess, the mount probably couldn’t withstand the heat in my car since it stays outside 24/7 and not in a garage. Besides that, the magsafe still holds and still charges my phone when plugged in.

    Very slick looking and works perfectly. I use this in my semi truck and the magnet holds it strongly in place. I highly recommend this for any application. Truck tested and truck proven.

    This works great. But, if it gets too hot, the charge feature wont work until it cools. All I have to do is cool it with the air vent for a few minutes. But, this is in Houston in record heat.

    The hookup is nice but blocks the radio. IT will not hold the weight of the prime so IT constantly n hits the radio. Charges great!

    As far as being able to position it, i do wish it could angle up a bit more. And its not the fault of Anker but due to this heat half the time it wont charge.

    bought 2, my wand/handle or the long slim part that holds the phone broke at the base. It’s not like it was moved back and forth often if at all and it broke. For the money I paid, I would expect it to be a much better quality plastic. The other one is holding up for now.

    The sticky bottom doest stick in this Florida heat… Constantly entering my car to see this has fallen off my dash. Love the magnectic charging, but it wont charge when hot, so needs to cooldown for 5+ minutes

    I typically love Anker products such as their battery packs, charging bricks, and cables! However, this fails to meet the quality of the brand by a million miles. The concept behind the design is brilliant getting a MagSafe Mount with charging abilities is amazing. But the execution of the concept is so bad, I have to give a 1 star review. First of all, the MagSafe is strong like grip your phone like a gorilla strong. I’ve taken many a speed bump and jarring pot hole and the phone is secure. Secondly, the charger works flawlessly and continues to run. Where this mount starts to fail is in the arm that connects to the base. In order to run the cable from the base to the Qi Charger they made the arm a “C” channel with a top plate. Unlike other chargers that connect the cable directly to the puck. This makes the arm susceptible to failure. And oh does this arm fail. I now use to hold the mount together who knew $8 dollar climbing tape is stronger than a $69 dollar mount.

    Do not buy this garbage stop charging my phone 3 weeks later and it’s not refundable by Best Buy if I could I would rated as 0 stars very disappointed by this product it’s rip off

    Unfortunately, due to design – the phone constantly hangs too far over the mount, which puts too much pressure on the tape that holds a he mount in place on the dash – so you’re constantly trying to get it to stick to the dash until the “sticky” is rendered useless and you’re stuck with a bulky charger laying in your cup holder.

    Save your money. The mount is flimsy and doesn’t stick well after 2 weeks.

    On normal drives on the freeway the mount falls.

    Love the idea of the product and functionality of it just wish it was better quality and lasted longer. I had it for almost a year and the base of the charger where it meets the dash broke off. Hope my warty will replace it.

    I love this! It works great for my phone because I have the iPhone 13 mini, I don’t think I would recommend for someone with a larger phone because my boyfriend tried his iPhone X and it fell light off. I LOVE it for my phone tho, it chargers and holds it in place.

    It worked fine for about a year and a half. Sometimes it would take 5 or ten minutes for it to actually start charging my phone but it never really bothered me. My only complaint is that the hinge on it broke completely. I rarely moved the hinge and didnt subject it to any abuse. It’s a good product but I expected it to last longer for the price of it.

    Functional in theory. The angle and adjustability of arm worked just great. I found that the magnet was strong enough to hold even on long road trips. However, the length of the arm did lead to the screen being visually shaky at times. My biggest complaint is the Suction that loses its stickiness. Less than six months, the 3M adhesive that was used, failed, and was not able to be reattached.

    Loved it a lot but some problems i had was that when it was hot outside, the phone would get way too hot. A lot of times, the device would shut off on its own and not charge ( i guess that’s a good thing, but still makes it useless during that time of day. Also, the suction didnt work on my dashboard. It had to be put on the window, and it stayed well there.

    I have been using Anker for about 7 years now, and they have been nothing but reliable for me. I have numerous phone chargers, charging stations, and power banks by Anker and they have worked perfect. On the rare occasion something quit working, customer support was very helpful in getting me a replacement. As an employee of Best Buy, I couldn’t recommend their products enough. Their fast chargers work great, especially for their size.

    I will say there are plenty of cheaper options, but in a world where planned obsolescence is a problem Anker products are a great way to go to get any kind of charging problem to last a long time.

    I bought the MagSafe car mount so I always know where my phone is and the wireless charging is an amazing feature. The build quality is great and the included cigarette plug has an extra usb-c plug in so the port isn’t only dedicated to the MagSafe charger.

    Overall, 10/10 I couldn’t recommend this more for MagSafe phones.

    Overall I love this car charger/mount. The only constructive feedback I have is that if you mount this to the dash, it’s slowly wabbles down and it gets lower so you have to lift it back up

    My first day of using it…I sealed it for 24 hours first…the entire base came tumbling onto the floor 20 minutes into my ride! Nothing is worse than driving and something falls at your feet…especially a gift that was intended for my husband but since I bought 2 separate brand names for Christmas presents…he chose the other one…I sure hope it works better than what I got stuck with!
