Arrived on time. Very easy to install. Cool air but noisy. It’s a lot louder than I expected. It would be perfect if they could some how make it quieter.

I bought this as an emergency measure when our 20 year heating and air conditioning quit. So far it has kept the entire house as cool as the old central air unit did with about half the electricity. It’s a little noisy, but that’s to be expected. Good unit.

Excellent AC. Easy to move from room to room. Cools room down very quickly. Can use as fan or dehumidifier also. I own four of these.

Excellent quality and great performing unit. Cools about 800 sq ft to my temperature liking. Brought my main level temperature down to 67 degrees on a 97 degree day. Pretty impressive for its size. Keep the screens clean and it will perform.
