Cooling very good. Noise for bedroom: UNBEARABLE !!!!! Installation easy if you are minimally handy with simple tools. Window panel needed slight adjustment.

This AC is great. It cools much better than another brand we have. The fan shuts down when the the AC is not running. It was very easy to put the exhaust hose on and in the window.

AMAZING air conditioner! This literally cools my room off completely. No water leaking at any given time unless you turn on the humidifier but it brings a tiny hose to drain the water. Great price that works better than my central air conditioning unit. All in all 5 stars!

Pretty good little AC. I was a little concerned because it’s only 6500 btus. We shall see how well it does when it’s really hot out. I was a little disappointed that there is no drainage hose included or a spot to feed the hose thru the window slot. Now I have a hose draining into a laundry basket for the dehumidifier mode. Other then that it seems to work great as a little AC. Next time I think I will research more and get a bigger unit.

The AC works well and can bring my midsize bedroom to near Arctic cold. The down side is that it’s very loud.

Great air conditioner and works just great keeping us cool so we can higher the central air to save money. These air conditioners do save on your electric bill, I think its due to it not keep shutting off and on like the central air and doesn’t pull on the electric as well. I’m glad that I purchased this item.
