Not a fan.
First off, installation was a 2 hour time-drain. Tried installing several times and got the same error of “Error code 50: Installation failed” after only loadin 9%. I went to the Adobe and entered the “Code 50”.
The first suggested correction was to close browser and try to install again. OK, did that and same error.
Next suggestion was to re-start my PC and try again. Fair enough and easy money. Did that and same problem.
Next step was to uninstall Creative Cloud app using their uninstaller… OK, I downloaded the uninstaller and went through the process of uninstalling. I tried to re-install and exact same error.
The next and final step was to navigate to:
*C:Users[User Name]AppDataLocalTempCreativeCloud
*Navigate to ACC.log
*Look for “LockedFilesWithProcesses”
*Then look for something that looks like “LockedFilesWithProcesses: ADC : C:Program Files
(x86)Common”
*Go to the file using the given path, and close it in Task Manager
OK, I did that, and then yet again, went to download the app and FINALLY it installed.
Great, right? No, not really. I went to activate it with the code I was given. I started to enter it and it errored saying that I needed to enter the serial number and NOT the activation code. Frustrating!
I had to click another link to convert the “Activation Code” into serial number. Why not just provide the serial number? Again, frustrating!
OK, at this point I had it installed and up and running. I decided to fiddle around with it and I found it to be not very user-friendly, but I was willing to walk away, sleep on it and try again tomorrow.
Day 2, it was similar to versions I had used in the past. It’s basically a feature rich [perhaps too feature rich] program that does a whole bunch, does it pretty well but is not particularly intuitive. That said, some of the new features [photo fix, AI, color match, background selection, text etc] are nice additions but again, there is a somewhat steep learning curve
End of the day, probably a very good program, but the frustration certainly tainted my initial experience.

While Photoshop is a really great program, a lot of people don’t really *need* all of what it does. Photoshop Elements is a surprisingly complete “lite” version of Photoshop – I was expecting it to be like one of those dinky mobile app versions where it doesn’t really let you do much other than basic photo touch ups – but no, it actually has all the things I’d expect from such a program such as layers. I’d honestly call it perfect for the more casual audience that only edits or creates something every now and then and doesn’t want to have the full Adobe Creative Cloud subscription for something they don’t even use every week. It does feel stripped-down enough that I’d not recommend it for a real professional though – just at a single glance the full version of Photoshop has many more tools available.
The interface can be a bit strange if you’re used to normal Photoshop. There are multiple ones to choose from, but even the Advanced interface that I selected because it’s closest to Photoshop CC is simpler. Honestly, it kind of makes me think it was designed to be used on tablets – the interface is cleaner and the buttons are bigger. Another kind of interesting quirk is that you don’t have to use the “export” option to save your work as something other than a PSD, you can just do that from the Save As menu. It’s kind of nice.
The AI tools in Photoshop Elements feel simpler than those in Photoshop CC. I don’t really care about this, because I mainly use Photoshop for art and drawing rather than photo manipulation. However, if you’re a fan of AI that’s worth noting. They feel simpler and they don’t feel as capable of some advanced tasks. For instance, if the Sky Replacer tool is in Elements I couldn’t find it. I do like the color match tool though – being able to extract a color palette from an image and apply it to what you’re working on is pretty practical and nice to have.
Overall I really like this version of Photoshop. It’s a neat little program that’s perfect for people who engage in graphic art and photo manipulation but don’t really have the need for some of the more advanced tools that Photoshop CC offers. If you’re a hobbyist or a beginner at graphic design, or just flat out don’t use half of what Photoshop CC has, I’d highly recommend this. It’s just an easier and simpler version of Photoshop. And I would definitely recommend this if you’re using a 2n1 Windows laptop – the spacing of things in the interface would make so much less of a hassle to use on a touchscreen.
Side note: the program will ask you for a serial number. This ISN’T the same as the activation code. You have to use the activation code online to get your serial number that you then plug into the program. Hopefully this advice will save you several minutes of staring at the program like a fool and wondering what you did wrong when it won’t take your code. That’s what I did. My biggest criticism for the program is that Adobe could really make the activation process smoother.

Adobe Photoshop Elements 2024 is a powerful photo editing software. If you’re a beginner or an intermediate in photo editing, this software is more than enough. This year’s version just got even better with its new features! Right off the bat, the interface looks more sleek though, pretty much, the same as last year’s so there’s not much of a learning curve which is great. One of the bigger differences is that there’s a light/dark mode.
As far as the new features are concerned, I really like how AI helps with the quick select whenever you want to select either the subject or the background. I think it has this feature to help you with another new feature which is to be able to replace the background like the sky. With Adobe Stock Photos available, you can pretty much replace your background with another high quality background. Then, all you have to do is click color match to make it pop, and you’re done! I actually tried these new features, and messing around with them just makes editing so much quicker and fun!
Another thing I like is that it added new features regarding adding text to the images. It added more creative ways to do this, and it’s just really nice how your ideas can be executed much faster than doing it manually.
There’s another new feature that was added which is to create photo reels. I think this is a really cool feature especially if you’re into sending / sharing a lot of pictures. However, I’m not really into that so I don’t really know how much I would use this feature.
Other than that, again, I think this is an excellent photo editing software. I think, if you’re really into photo editing, or even creating graphics, this would be a great software for you especially for its price point.

I’m a graphic designer and using Photoshop Elements is so simple compared to the Photoshop program.
Simple to install and great new features.

I’ve been using Photoshop Elements since version 2021, so is this is my 3rd version. I also use full blown Photoshop CC, but Elements is getting better and better with each version. There are quite a few updates in this version, so let’s take a look at some of them.
The first thing you will notice with Photoshop Elements 2024 is the interface. You now have an option between light and dark modes. You didn’t have a choice before. Across the top of the window, below your menu options you still have 3 modes of operation, Quick, Guided, and Advanced. (Advanced is the new name for the mode formerly called Expert.) Down the left side of the window you have the standard options for the mode you are in. You will notice that the icons are now basically black and white and are more similar to the icons in Photoshop. They are much larger than in Photoshop as is all of the text throughout the app.
One of the new features includes Color Match. This effect allows you to apply the general color tones from another image, giving you a new unique look on your photo. In addition to the existing automatic subject selection, they have added automatic Sky or Background selection. Both work fairly well. They also have a new Add Blue Sky Quick Action. They have added an option to create Photo Reels from your photos. Just select the phots, arrange the order and set the time to show each photo. You can then select the proportions that you want for the reel based on where you want to post it. You can add music and adjust how the photos align with you reel proportions, so you can focus on what you want to be seen for each photo. The one issue I have with this feature is that it will create an MP4 file for you, but you cannot save it as a project to make changes to it later. You have to use Adobe Premier Elements to do that. They have added a more powerful Guided Text Edit giving you a lot more functionality and options to adding text to your project. They have added more Quick Actions, new artistic effects, and now have 88 Guided edits. They have also added Auto Sync (US Version Only) to sync your work across the Elements Organizer, the web, and mobile companion apps
One of the biggest changes is the addition of access to the Adobe Stock Photos collection. You can use it for subjects, backgrounds, or however you want, all free and royalty free. This gives you access to thousands of images that you can use as you like. This addition really makes the upgrade to the 2024 version of Photoshop Elements worth the cost all by itself.

I have been using Adobe photoshop products since the 2000’s and more recently the Adobe Photoshop Elements for the past few years. I have noticed over the past 3 years Adobe has been improving their Elements brand. I also noticed that it typically has everything that I would require in a photoshop software. Yes, you can get the professional version of PhotoShop or Lightroom which I have used and loved. However, over the years Adobe has perfected Elements for family to pro users and I think its just great. Read on to find out more!
I have a MacBook Pro and use all of Apples products for streamline process. I easily took a photo earlier in the day (while typing this review) using my iPhone and was able to open elements, grab the picture from iCloud and start editing. You can open multiple pictures at once which will be displayed on a bottom panel for easy access and moving between photos.
Three different edit categories are provided, including Quick, Guided and Advanced. Quick is great for when you need to get things done. Advanced has everything a typical photoshop user would need to make that one shot perfect. Most of the details below you will find in Quick or in the Advanced categories. I have not used the Guided category; however, it will give you step by step directions on how to adjust an images lighting, remove an object, add text, correct skin tone, or a variety of others. What’s great is the guide will help you with any image you upload. So you don’t have to worry about going through the guide on an example image and then work on your own. Your image(s) will be the example image which then you can save after going through the guide. Pretty COOL!
Once I have my picture, I start at work and to be honest and majority of the time I use the Smart Fix adjustments. I hit auto and it looks great. Done. Save photo. I usually do this for one simple photo or for when I have ton of photos and just want them to generally look better. Even from my iPhone 14 Pro, a little edit never hurts for the photos that count. You can fine tune your adjustments if you prefer. Adjustments include, Smart Fix, Exposure, Lighting, Color, Balance, and Sharpen.
My favorite part of the program is Quick Action. Its a must click once you download the program. You can also auto color correct, dehaze, and red eye fix. What’s new this year and what makes elements worth it are the AI edits. You heard me! AI is now in photoshop elements. Including JPEG Artifacts removal, add a blue sky, smooth skin or Color B&W photo (make something look old!). I noticed some of these AI and new tools require additional small (MB) uploads which take seconds. You can select and remove backgrounds and do a variety of background changes. You can also get creative and do different effects and add different subjects.
Adobe really has perfected elements. I know back in the day elements was not very much a favorite and gave me paint program vibes. However, now I would say its the new p

Depending on the user, previous versions will work just fine, but for me the new features really added some really cool options to my toolbox.
Of course you get all the features of the previous versions with the 2024 version of Adobe Photoshop Elements, but the new features in it really punch things up quite a bit.
Like its has been there are guided and non guided options for most things so things can be as automated or hands on as you want things to be. It is really only limited to your experience and creativity.
New features like matching color and tone can give a project a complete new look.
* Stylized text can be created and placed horizontally or vertically. This is especially nice on cards, flyers, calendars etc.giving a very personal look to your creations.
* With automatic selection feature you can replace one little thing in a photo or the entire background with one click.
* Creating photo reels to share or just to have is now very easy.
* Adobe is giving users access to tons of stock photos for you own use.
Several other new features to check out and find the ones you like are just waiting for you to discover them. And there is even a mobile companion App to keep your project flowing while you are out and about on the go!!!

Adobe Photoshop Elements 2024 (downloadable windows version) is no doubt an excellent editing software if bought on sale.
The layers work well in how they can be stacked, making their functionality a very useful creative tool. The way it allows Multiple masking layers/filters on one layer is fantastic.
A wide variety of tools for assortment of tasks to create different projects is available.
The software is very responsive with proper hardware requirements, so you want to check your hardware to ensure a smooth, enjoyable, experience.
It’s a complicated program, not suited for beginners. Just following a tutorial isn’t quite enough to learn how to use most of the program. Adobe Photoshop is best suited for those with some editing software experience.
Takes a lot of trial and error with tutorials to get to a certain comfort level but even then there’s just so much prior knowledge necessary that a beginner would feel defeated.
It’s easy and quick to install using the downloadable version.
There’s so much that can be done using Adobe Photoshop, it’s not just for editing pictures. You can use it for Texture creation/editing/art.
If you have past experience using editing softwares then you would probably fare well using Adobe Photoshop Elements.
As someone who’s familiar with editing and creating art, I enjoy and recommend using Photoshop Elements, but if you’re a beginner, I certainly wouldn’t recommend to start with this software.

I’ve used previous versions Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Elements. I’ve used the Adobe Elements to fix up pictures and to make video edits for last minute projects. As it is easy to use, I found myself to be a intermediate user quickly. One thing I noticed about Photoshop Elements 2024 is the Color match features where there are built-in presets (quick mode) to fine tune hue, saturation, and brightness or you can customise the photo using advanced mode. Another new feature the Photo Reel where I can create reels zip using my photos where I can add my own text, effects, and graphics. I can save them as MP4s or GIFs for social media settings. I plan to use this feature for my kids as they grow up.
One feature I use a lot is the one-click photo actions where I can enhance compressed JPEGs. I have a lot of old photos that I want to make look smoother or remove the background. I notice the 2024 is geared toward photo or social media sharing. The interface make this software easy to use. I am not pro. I consider myself an amateur since I’ve had previous versions.
The integration of AI really simplified this software. I will continue using future versions of this software. I also like the price. I really enjoy it and highly recommend!

I am no expert when it comes to photo editing but since our phones can now take amazing photos I have developed an interest in photo editing. Adobe Photoshop Elements 2024 makes it easy and fun for me to edit my photos on my MacBook. Once you get your Photoshop digital copy activated you are able to import your photos into the program there are endless options for you. Since I am fairly new to editing I opted to use the guided edit options. Through this option you can open your photo file and choose one of the many guided edits where it takes you through them step by step until the edit is complete. This is a great way to learn about the many features available to you. The program also can automatically sort your photos, tag them and use facial recognition in order to help you find the right photo. There are also many automatic options that allow you to quickly enhance photos with a simple click of your mouse. One feature that I love which is currently in beta is that you can use the adobe elements web or mobile app which will automatically sync with your desktop or laptop.
Whether you are a novice or a pro when it comes to photo editing you can’t go wrong with Adobe Photoshop Elements 2024. The program is available for both Mac OS and Windows and you can just purchase a digital copy at Bestbuy.com and download directly to your computer

I grew up in the age of film photography (my first camera was the original Canon AE-1). And that experience continues to inform my approach to imaging today. I always focus on subject, placement, lighting, and color. In the old days it was important to get things right in a few takes. With the amazing quality of the camera on my phone, and with digital imaging in general, it is basically free to take as many shots as I would like to get everything right.
So I am a huge fan of doing everything possible to get that perfect shot in the camera. But we all experience problems. And Photoshop has been there to help us for a long time now – it is our digital darkroom.
But Photoshop has also become the overriding term used to describe a level of photographic alteration that suggests outright misrepresentation. For sure – the amount of manipulation possible with Photoshop allows for complete control of every aspect of an image…even to the point of outright misrepresentation of what was originally captured by a camera.
I don’t like “Photoshopping” images, but Photoshop has helped me rescue images with unfortunate defects. I prefer to present my own photographs as unretouched as possible.
But, for years now, I have found myself in a position where I need to have images that represent my work. I am a pastry chef – and I need to be able to illustrate my work on social media platforms. I have spent hours working through tutorials on how separate content in older versions of Photoshop and my own attempts have been frustrating.
This new AI-infused copy of Adobe Photoshop Elements has a LOT of AI elements that are cute, but useless to me (correcting eyes and mouth in portraits, moving/removing objects, extending background).
But there is a single smart element of this new release that makes this an incredible asset for me. Elements 2024 has an amazing ability to separate foreground from background. And as someone who would love to promote my bakery, I have been amazed by results.
I’ll post before/after pictures of three images below – where the only alteration in the “after” photo is a cropped image of the “before” image after Adobe was able to identify the subject and, per my command, blur the background. Each of the image transformations below took about 20 seconds total to generate – and, in each case, the subject is unaltered in Photoshop.
I haven’t spent much time with the other truly AI features of this release because I’m not looking to alter any of the primary information in my images. But as someone wanting to represent my craft authentically, I am grateful to Adobe for helping manage the periphery of my authentic images so beautifully.
To be clear, the AI elements in this release supplement the extensive tools available in earlier releases of Photoshop. Photoshop has always been a powerful tool. The tools in this new release, for me, help you make content decisions that frequently feel psychic.
To illustrate how simple and powerful this tool is, I will provide three before/after examples below – each one is blur background –> crop. I did the crop manually. Each transformation took 15-20 seconds, the selection of foreground and the blurring was Photoshop’s. This might seem like an odd thing to repeat, but this single option allows me to make an amazing image out of anything I can place on ANY surface.

Adobe Photoshop Elements 2024 brings intuitive editing of your photographs with an infusion of AI powered effects to take your photographs to the next level. Adobe Photoshop Elements is for everyone, whether you’re editing photographs of friends and family or photographs from a recent vacation. It provides powerful features without the learning curve of its professional big brother, Adobe Photoshop.
You’ll learn quickly with 62 guided edits that walk you through the steps necessary to do everything from basic adjustments to creating effects that will have family and friends amazed at the results.
Adobe Photoshop Elements 2024 doesn’t require a subscription and so it’s affordable for everyone. It is also available for Windows and macOS and there are even web and mobile apps that will take your editing on the road with you too. (note the web and mobile apps are currently in beta and are English-only).
Adobe Photoshop Elements is definitely the right solution for anyone wanting to make their photographs look amazing!

I’ve been using Photoshop Elements for seven years now and I’ve updated it every year since 2018. It is full of great features especially the organizer and the photoshop editor. I prefer paying a one-time license for the software rather than paying monthly although there’s a new version every year so I’m pretty much paying annually. So — decide for yourself if the math works for you. The software has improved incrementally since the 2018 version. These improvements added up over time so there’s a pretty big difference between 2018 and 2024, but do you need to upgrade every year? 2024 is a big upgrade from last year’s version. There’s been some modernization of the look and feel of the software, including support for light/dark PC themes and a slightly different layout for the organizer, incorporating more of the editor’s tools. The organizer also “feels” more robust. I have over 38,000 pictures in my library and the organizer seems to handle that quantity of photos better than previous versions. Tagging pictures is also a lot quicker, but you still have to manually write tags to metadata if you want them to stick. There’s a sync button, but that seems to be for the new Elements app or web-based viewing. I haven’t tried those yet, so I can’t comment.
The editor seems pretty much the same with the quick/guided/advanced options for editing, which I really like. It does let you change the layout so that’s handy. I tried to colorize a black-and-white photo and found that feature missing. When I searched help, I learned that I had to download and install that feature. It was free, but I wonder what other features need to be added that way.
Overall — if you have a previous version of elements, 2024 is a good year for an upgrade.

The great news, on a MacBook Pro 2021, this program is incredibly fast. Of all the versions I have used (going back a very long time), this is by far the fastest version of Photoshop Elements I have ever used (including PC and Mac versions). Everything works at close to blink of an eye speed. Around 22,000 images were imported to the organizer in less than 2 minutes. Facial recognition on 1,000 images took about 5 minutes, and didn’t bog my computer down. The guided edits for facial changes is a lot of fun to play with, and it really works. It is possible to recreate those phone filters for making somebody look really young – nothing close to reality. The problem, it really only works for making images to share on phones. It isn’t a tool to use for fine printing or anything beyond novelty amusement. It has far more control than Apple’s Photos. Elements requires you to actually save changes and set a line in the sand; Photos likes to just track everything you do and never really has lines in the sand for edits – it just automagically does everything.
The parts that are just OK – Although the advertising is ‘all new refreshed interface’, honestly I can’t see all that many changes. They didn’t make this program easy to use – it’s still super complicated, with a huge learning curve. Some things were added along the bottom of the screen. But generally, this is the same old same old.
The bad, is mostly Adobe related. For Mac versions, a verifier is required to run the program. I had a three year old version that one day Adobe decided shouldn’t work on my laptop. No way to run it. The answer, buy a new version. Adobe decides very quickly to not support or fix older versions for Mac. View this purchase more as a subscription per several years as opposed to something you can use for a long time.
Help has remained the worst function in the world. Everything bounces back to Adobe’s web support. The link back doesn’t remember I’m working with Elements 2024, instead it gives me help for every Elements version ever made. Even the fancy tiled videos screen has help from 3 or 4 years ago. And searching Adobe help is virtually impossible – results are either far too generic (as in, you can add these cute emojis to your picture, with no guidance on how to do that), or far too technical that only incredibly experience users can understand.
Importing photos into the organizer on a Mac is the worst. If you only want full image files from your hard drive, you have to pick each folder individually. Even if you choose the Pictures folder, the organizer scours deep and adds thumbnails that are normally hidden. If I look at my Pictures folder in the Finder, I have about 1,000 pictures. But the Organizer managed to find 12,000 (11,000 tiny thumbnails from shared iCloud accounts).
The thing touted as one of the greatest achievements ever – content aware fill, removal, and replacement, hasn’t actually changed at all (oh it makes great marketing to say it is AI based). If an object is well removed from other things – it can be removed completely and easily. If it touches or is very near another object you want to keep, it totally messes up the replacement. Not anywhere near as simple as the video shows.

DO NOT BUY!!!
It doesn’t work. The redemption code doesn’t work on adobe.com and it says the product is not activated yet from retailer side. Spent on telephone for hours with BestBuy software support and GeekSquad. From their side, the product is activated and they don’t know what went wrong. They told me to return the product but the store refused to accept the return because it was opened already. It would be just waste of money down the drain and you cannot get it back.
Success –
Ordered online, received, & attempted to install. Signed in, entered my code to get my serial number. Got an “Oops! This code doesn’t seem to be active. ………”. Checked with Chico Best Buy twice but they couldn’t make it work either. A second check with them was a shrug of the shoulders & no ideas what went wrong.
Unhappy –
I ordered a software package online and it did not work.
First, I thought I ordered a disc to download. The package came without a disc instead a code.
The code did not work. More importantly Best Buy does not refund, exchange or credit for the bad software.

Trying to keep an open mind from the beginning, and ignoring the “different” startup interface, I’m trying to look at Photoshop Elements with a fresh perspective. I’ve been using Photoshop for more than 20 years, so I needed to step back and evaluate Photoshop Elements for what it is.
The initial program interface is different than I’m accustomed to, in that it doesn’t dump you directly into the program with a bunch of tools you don’t know how to use. There is plenty of information to help you learn about all the capabilities and how to use the tools. A GREAT bonus is there is now a mobile app. Having the ability to apply favorite treatments for different photos right on the phone is going to be the cat’s pajamas.
Once in the program, the tools are there, but there are also activity based choices with live previews of how it will look when applied. The included toolset is a wide range and I found the color and exposure adjustments to be every bit as useful as “full Photoshop”.
I only skimmed the top of the organizer and some of the other tools. I have zero complaints in how they work or what they do. The organizer will sync with your Adobe cloud, but there is also a checkbox front and forward that immediately comes up that allows you to never save to the cloud for those who may have concerns about privacy or security. I have no worries about Adobe’s security, so I’ll likely be using the service for product and car photos at a minimum.
As a final test, I turned my wife loose on the program. She said she found it easy to use and said she learned a lot in under an hour. That alone is worthwhile to me.

Still learning how to use but so far so good. Was easy to install.

Would not work, returned it and had the store try to upload one for us and it would not work either. Suspect the serial number may have been hacked.

Best Buy is clueless in selling software. Twice I purchased this software and they have failed to activate it. I have driven 120 miles in 2 days to fix this issue to no avail. Keep getting redirected to India for assistance, where they tell me so sorry, you will have to return to the store.

Difficult to get registered – the number that came with it don’t work – had to call Best buy and then they gave me a number for Adobe who fixed it.

I needed to crop and print several photos to fit a photo collage frame, meaning not a standard size photo print. This version of Adobe Photoshop made it quick and easy!

This product is ok. I don’t feel it is that much of an upgrade over previous versions.

This software is so powerful, it will take a while to learn all the options and how to apply them, but it looks like the possibilities are endless.

I bought this at a Best Buy store. I went to install it, and I was told The store never activated it, so for now, it cannot be used.

We need a 0 star option. Do not not buy this. Purchased one. Adobe website states code is not active and to contact retailer. Aka BB. Managed to get an exchange. And second code had the same issue. Don’t waste your time. Next is a dispute with my CC.

So sad, the clerk who took care of me, said no return or credit, it was not sealed and it was empty, no passcode or barcode. We had to contact Adobe.

I have always used Photoshop Elements and 2024 is just another step up in the editing software…Lot’s of nice new features…Still very easy to learn and use…Good pre-programmed edits as well…

Fine for my current needs and butter than what I was previously using. It’s looks cheap. It seems to me that Adobe could have put some work into making it look as nice as the box it came in.

This should not be sold as a box purchase. There is no CD. This should be made to be a DOWNLOAD purchase and emailed to you. The piece of paper inside is all you get and this is a 2024 model and upon purchase I attempted to type in the CODE necessary to get THE SERIAL NUMBER for the product. It informed me my CODE was not valid. I spent 5 phone calls with customer service and did not succeed. They had an improper length CODE to offer me… Not long enough… It would not work. Sd t me to Download Customer Service and they informed me since it was Not a Download from an email purchase, they could not help me. Had to take it to the retail store. Took it to the store and they could not help me because I ordered it Online and had it shipped to me. It was not a DIRECT STORE PURCHASE. I can’t even begin to tell you the frustration I had over the RETAIL. STORE not able to help me. I wanted to return the item and get another box, hoping it would have a proper valid CODE in it. They could not make a Return since it was an Online Purchase. I can’t even begin to tell you how upsetting that was to hear.
The Manager got involved and by some miracle and by whatever means … They gave me another new box to take home as my exchange. I have never had such trouble before with any Best Buy purchase… So that is why as a Cost Savings to the company and less hassle to your customer… Make this a Download Purchase to buy.

Purchased at Best Buy. I could not install it because of an error. Error said to return to place of purchase. I scheduled an appointment with my Total Tech Support. Agent could not install – Manager could not install it – Best Buy Bridge support could not help with installation either. So I don’t know if it’s worthwhile or not.

The product wasnt activated when i ordered this online – and i called adobe, best buy, and geek squad multiple times tryjng to figure out how to get it to work. By the time i finally gave up, with the holdays any everything – I mean, yeah – got refunded a month after the fact, but that’s not exactly what i wanted. I’m a photographer. I wanted to use that software on Christmas photo edits, for my test drive. It sucked.
