This Printer is a good product for the money and it suits my “printing needs” quite well. Print quality is good.
The only problem I experience is that the printer goes in ERROR if printer has not been in use for more than 2 days. It resumes operation after turning it ON/OFF and clearing the Print Que.

The only negative is the comparitively short (12k pages) drum life expectancy, but such is the nature of technology.

Brought this printer in September 2022, and writing this review in July 2023. Since the 10 months, this printer has been working flawlessly. The print quality is very good and prints fast than my old inkjet printer. The scanner functionality also is pretty good. The main reason I brought this is because Lazer printer toner lasts more longer than the ink in inkjet printers and is more reliable. At the time of writing this, I am still using the starter toner. This could vary depending on how much you use the printer, but I print occasionally so that’s why it lasted this long. It has a 700 page yield. Overall I recommend this printer. There is the other model of this printer, the l2390DW. I believe this and that printer are the same but this has the touch screen while the 90 has a basic LCD. While this costs a little more than the 90DW, I feel it’s worth it because the touch screen makes it feel more modern and it in general more easier to use and navigate. This depends on you though because other than the touchscreen and the color, they are the same printer. I suggest you do more research before buying a Lazer printer for the differences as i’am not really sure, but overalI, I recommend this printer.

Awesome printer. This one is a bit pricey, but the laser printers FAR OUTLAST and OUTPERFORM any inkjet printers. I have had this one for two years and its still going strong. This printer spits out printed pages pretty fast. The included toner is good for about 200 pages. Keep in mind, this one only prints in black and white.

This printer is reliable with nice sharp printing, none of the hassle with clogged jets you get with an ink printer. I find the scanner app easy to use. However, the wireless connection drives me nuts. I have to reconnect to the wireless network every time I want to airprint. None of my other devices have this issue. For this I docked a star.

It’s overpriced for what I would pay. I bought a Samsung laser printer at staples for 50 dollars and lasted for 10 years. I needed another with a scanner fast so I got this overpriced one. The software is ancient and the wifi option I cannot get working so I just use my old printer cable.

I purchased this printer for the purposes of creating foil artwork and greeting cards.
It is VERY large, so bear that in mind if your desk space is limited – this is especially important if, like me, you’ll be using thicker paper, which requires the manual feed pass through, so you’ll need space in front AND in back of the printer.
Printing over WiFi is a lifesaver, since I didn’t have room to keep the printer in my office. Setup and connecting it for the first time was fairly simple, though I do recommend having a USB connection for initial setup; once WiFi connection is established, you can do away with the cord. Printing is quiet and fast, but I do wish the touch screen was larger than two postage stamps. If you have large fingers forget it; mine are small and I still feel tempted to use a stylus.
My only concern going forward is replenishing toner; in a world of built-in obsolescence, I’m hoping that one day I don’t go to order toner, only to find it’s been discontinued because there are 50 new options, and mine has been done away with.
All in all, a solid, reliable laser printer. A little higher than what I initially wanted to pay, but it’s an investment in my business.

Worthless for Wi-Fi. They can’t find the Wi-Fi. Are they lose the Wi-Fi. The help center is worthless. They keep saying it’s my router, everything in my house works, but this printer. I went and bought an HP printer, only $70 works fine no problems with the Wi-Fi

I am very happy with this product. It is made well and I enjoy the easy use of it. I am an older person and for me to be pleased with any of present day products is unusual as I find most things today very poorly design and cheaply made.
A small aside: I still have and use my 67 year old toaster, even though the Instant Omni Plus also made good toast.

A bit tough navigating a times it will disconnect from the wifi and I have to restart it to print something. I enjoy the app it allows access to my email and phone documents to print. Havent quitw figured out how to print legal size yet even thought it claims to be able to(its the whole reason i bought it for my notary work). Tray doesnt fit the legal size paper unless I misread and need to purchase an extension. I have had it for 2 years now.

This replaces a small, older Brother printer (still works great) because I wanted the additional copier/scanner function of this one and to have all these functions in one, fairly small unit. It uses the same cartridges as my older 2370 model, and the footprint is almost the same except this model is about 5 inches higher. It works great, easy to set up, and I especially like the double sided print function and of course the copier works great. It’s nice to have the larger, easy to see, color setup window to choose the various functions, hugely nicer than on the older printers I’ve used. I haven’t tried the scanning part and probably will rarely use it, but I expect it tol work fine as well. I never could get the wireless printing of my older printer to work right. I’ll try to set it up on my new one in the hopes that it will be better, but I don’t anticipate that because there are so many negative reviews on wireless printing.
Hooking up my computer to the printer was easy via a USB cord, however. I’ve had Brother printers for at least 20 years and I haven’t had one stop working yet as they are real workhorses. I’m sure this model will be just as good. I wouldn’t buy any other brand as past experience with other brands wasn’t positive.
I couldn’t find the printer in any of the stores so I had to order it. Delivery was just a couple of days from Best Buy and there were no problems. Prices have gone up since I last considered this printer, but it helped to catch it on a good sale before the holidays.

Any machine that comes without any literature at all, even in this age of technology, is a loser. I was advised to “play around with it” and I would eventually learn what to do. The on-line manual is about 700 pages – I was advised to print it! This should have come at least with a Quick Start Guide.
