My daughter chose this dryer as a match to the washer. As i have been using the dryer, I have come to appreciate it more and more. I really like the dewrinkle feature as the dryer quickly gets wrinkles out of the load that has set and become wrinkled. I was afraid at first it would be too complicated to use but it is very easy to use. I also like the top dryer for those items that are either small loads or delicate such as intimate wear. They are dried without the wear and tear of a normal dryer. It is more expensive than regular, older style dryers but is well worth it for those who work or have busy lives.

I’ve wanted this washer/dryer set for so long. My old washer broke down at just the right time for me be at the store when the floor models went on sale. I am very happy with the set. I have a huge family & they are getting used all the time. No issues at all aside from the fact that they are huge & I’m little (but that’s why I got them).

Great dryer and features. Only issues is if you dry a few items in refresh mode the garment gets pushed to the door and gets stuck there, which prevents it from being tumbled.

I like the size and the ability to wash a small load on top. The washer does not air out and we have to leave open to let it dry. We will have to look into further to make sure it does not mildew.

Our Samsung Steam Dryer that we purchased was a floor model. It has dents and scratches, but works perfectly. It replaced a Electrolux that we have had for over 10 years. We got a great deal on this purchase. So far we have not used all of its functions. In time I am sure we will. It takes a little getting used to the soft touch controls. It also has different musical tones when starting and ending the drying cycles. If you want the light on to see what may be in the dryer it must be turned on. Just opening the door does not turn the light on. Something else to get used to. Overall we are very happy with this dryer.

The greatest washer I have ever had. It even lets me know when it is time to run the self cleaning cycle. I really wasn’t sure I would need the small washer but is is uber handy and convenient for small delicate items.

Love the Samsung washer/ dryer pair. This is our second set. Easy to use. Dries well. We’re still trying to learn all of the new features. Just wish the washer had come with the necessary aqua pebble– which is the part that accepts the laundry detergent for the upper washer. The washer didn’t come with it. So we can’t use the upper washer until we find one.

Very disappointed with this product. After 18 months of use, the dryer stopped functioning. The control board is the problem and this part is not available anymore. The Samsung repair expert advised me to dispose this product and purchase another dryer after I spent $1,700 on this product. I have been without a dryer for several months now. Best buy is not helping to repair the dryer although I agree to pay for labor and parts. Stay away from Samsung. They don’t care about their customers at all. Beware buyers.

This machine is really powerful and dries clothes really fast. The FlexDry, similar to the FlexWash, also has several drying options to work with. The top dryer is nice for drying smaller, delicate items as well.

Love the flexibility of the dryer for ad hoc items, sports uniforms, last second costumes or pajama days at school. The ability to not only have a high capacity washer and dryer set that is front loadable, steam wash and dry options, and even has wifi to let me know when the load is done; but the real winner here is the top wash and dry options.
We use the top washer and dryer everyday. From football pants and girdles to baseball sliding pants and jerseys to delicates – it is amazing to have items washed and dried in no time. I can’t go back to anything else as a parent of 4 and all in sports. This is a lifesaver!

Very nice but it was a hassle to setup because due to it’s steam function, it requires a water connection as well. So now you have to fit the washer’s water line and the dryer’s into what may be a small hookup area behind the machines. Other than that, though, it’s got every feature you could ask for.

Performance wise the dryer works great, but for the drum to crack with two years of owning it. I’m very disappointed, would not recommend unless you want to pay $200-500 in repairs minimum! We wash cloths once a week and its only my wife and I that use it. So its not like its getting used daily. Would NOT recommend!!!
