Works great in my 03 Chevy Silverado. Nice Upgrade. It has Blue tooth and Apple Car Play. The only issue was the connection cabling was missing 12v to the radio acc input. I watched a video on YT, and fixed the issue. I installed it myself.

Bought this as a Christmas present for my kid. When we arrived for the installation appointment, the guy immediately asked if I had all the installation parts. It was as if this is a recurring problem for the installer. The salesman told me I would need some wires and said I could buy them on site from the installer. He did not have the parts I needed and no one mentioned ahead of time that they would cost $350. I’m not even sure if there is a cheaper way to get the installation done. My daughter started crying because I’m going to have to return the CarPlay unit. I was going to call and complain to Bestbuy, but I am certain they don’t care. I will not purchase anything else from this company.

This is life-changing. Great screen to view your route on Google maps without having to plug in your phone. It can automatically connect to you. So whatever music you were just listening to or the podcast you were last playing starts up again when you start your vehicle. You can call, text and do all kinds of things (non-distracting things) while you’re driving. My favorite is listening to podcasts. I have it connected to my steering wheel for skipping forward to the next song or 30 seconds into a podcast (to skip commercials or intros) and also the volume control is through my steering wheel. The only thing that I don’t like about this is that the volume control on the screen is touch buttons instead of real buttons or a knob like I am used to. I would prefer a knob for volume for when the passenger wants to control the volume. If I were to get one with a knob, I would lose the other features like not having to plug my phone into the car. Or I’d have to pay much more.

Bought this for my daughter’s car added the free installation. They didn’t know if her car needed parts to install. They wanted us to spend another $300 on parts to see maybe/if she needed it. It was a Christmas gift, after trying to figure out the installation issue, we wanted to return it to Best Buy. They would not return it because it was too long after purchase. It Christmas gift and we could not even get the install people to schedule it for 30 days, to even know there was a problem! So yeah, it had been a couple of months since purchase. It was still in the box and wrapped. I finally said forget this and sold it privately to someone after this bad experience i do not recommend.

This radio is a nice replacement for the stock radio in my 2005 Honda Element. The volume knob is a little small and the store didn’t have the part needed to activate my satellite radio function. Overall, recommended.

Allows you to play music in your car through Bluetooth, and works quite well! It can occasionally take a few tries to connect, but usually if you wait a few seconds it will connect automatically after your car is turned on. I don’t use the other features, I just choose my music or audio from my phone.
