    Works ok. Paid more for this one thinking it was better. Guess it’s still just RCA jacks. Picture quality not very good at all. Could have saved a lot by getting basic converter.

    This doesn’t do anything to upscale the video signal to HD or 4k from what I can tell. Sure, it gives you composite video inputs, but the video quality is going to look pretty terrible. Maybe it would look better on an older 1080p television but it looks bad on my 4k Sony OLED.

    It technically does what it claims to do but I don’t think it’s worth the $40.

    Compared prices for Composite/RCA to HDMI Converters. This was a few dollars more, but made by Insignia, which is a well known brand and quality product for the money. I needed to hook-up my old VCR to my Smart LED TV. We’ve got a lot of old movies on VHS tape, and we wanted to watch them again after many years. Some of the movies are available on Blu Ray DVD, but we noticed that some of the content of the movie is missing. Our old VHS tapes have the entire movie content. This Converter works perfectly with the VCR. It has a switchable screen resolution, a small power pack wall plug in adapter. Easy hook-up. You need to supply the HDMI cable, and the Composite cable. I’d recommend this brand/Converter for this task.
