    I ordered this item 6 weeks ago fir my elderly mother. It was apparently out of stock. I tried to connect with helpline on website to no avail. Then finally the salesperson from the store I ordered it at called me and I have to order a different model. I should have been notified immediately if it was out of stock!

    This product works exactly as advertised, so far. I haven’t had a chance to play my old records, but am, but am hopeful it works as good as the radio and CD works. The sound is very nice and radio tuning is very delicate to pick up many stations. So far, a wonderful buy!

    I didn’t get the color Espresso, and it wasn’t the 7 in 1. I kept it because the company told me they didn’t make the 7 in 1 anymore. Also I got the Mahogany no Espresso, in the box. Works fine so I kept it.

    Just okay. Sound was meh at best for cd and cassette. Never tried turntable. Was a gift for older person. Took it back.

    After all the research I did to make a good decision, I am disappointed with my purchase. The digital screen does not appear correctly and I have already asked about a warranty return. Then COVID his and I have not heard from them. Id like to at least fix this one since the volume and multi playing capabilities I do like.

    Yes I bought this jobber record player with cd and am fm all in one the style is very unique . The quality is excellent as in nature .can be therefore I will always shop at my local Best Buy . As it’s part of my life and the people are very helpful as they Attend to your needs
