    Sturdy tripod. The price translates with the quality having heavy weight and solid clips. Like the quick release feature to quick mount cameras to the tripod for easy on and off. The swivel is really smooth.

    I got an open box for like $150. And for what you are getting with a fluid head its not bad at all! Definitely not top of the line but pretty good quality.

    Used tripod just a handful of times and the the plastic securing the bolt just cracked off when I was setting up. Would not trust this tripod with expensive equipment

    Bought it for a camera so I guess its my fault that it’s kind of awkward to use/hard to mount the camera, when it’s meant for a video camera. Either way, it is sturdy and I’m fairly certain a strong gust won’t knock it down. I specifically got this one because my local Best Buy had it on a open box markdown and I thought it would mount a DSLR just as well as a video camera. I believe I should be able to purchase some sort of adapter, but for now I have it kind of ghetto rigged. Either way, it works and does what I need it to do and I am happy (as a tall person) that it goes a bit higher than most tripods.

    It may seem like a bargain because of the manfrotto name but in reality your just paying for the legs. The head on it is very unusable and I ordered 2 of them and they both had terrible heads. The pan was pointless as id have to keep the screw so lose where it almost would come off just so the screw wouldnt scrape the center collum. Overall just bad quality

    This is a 2nd we have, the first one is still holding well. I’d highly recommend it to anyone planning to use it with either camcorders or DSLR.

    This is a very light tripod. Very smooth fluid head. I find myself wishing it was just a little bit taller, but overall I’m very happy with it. Build quality is top notch, and you can lock basically any part of the head. I do wish there was a hook on the bottom to hang a weight or other accessory, but that’s easy enough to add. I would definitely suggest this product to a friend.

    Pretty smooth since it is a Manfrotto but since it’s the one of the cheaper ones, it does have some minor flaws. Like not being 100% smooth when you pan.

    Decent tripod for the money. Unfortunately it was an after market package it seems with the tripod head and the tripod itself so I don’t really love the construction of those components per say, but it is a very solid, sturdy, beginner tripod with fluid pan and tilt.

    Great tripod for many situations. Solid and can handle reasonably big cameras although I might put some anchoring weight on it if I had a big heavy lens on the camera.

    Great tri-pod. Been using it to take night photos of the sky when we’re able to drive up in the mountains to a dark sky location. Only complaint is that when purchased it was missing a screw. I went on Amazon and had to buy a new platform but I mean I guess I have a spare now.

    It works excellent, the only thing I would say is that, the base plate where you screw into the camera is long and if you’re using it with a camera with long lens like a 70-200mm lens then you might be able to fit it on. Unless you adjust it so that the camera sits at the end and you don’t have to worry about if the lens will fit.

    Not the normal quality I would expect from Manfroto. It feels cheap and flimsy for the price, really only good for a point and shoot or cellphone. There are better value tripods for the price, stay away from this one.
