    I bought this for my son and daughter-in-law for Christmas and they absolutely love it. It’s very sturdy it did take a little while to put together but it’s well worth it!!!

    Beautiful desk with some very minor finish issues. Being that this is laminated MDF some of the edges and corners aren’t as smooth as you would have with solid wood. That said overall it is a heavy nice desk. Pen drawer is lightweight and feels cheap. I opted for a glass pad for the desktop to minimize wear and tear. File drawer is small and the “rack” system to hang your file folders is basically two metal rods, very flimsy. If I would have paid full price I’d be disappointed. For the sale price I’m happy. YMMV.

    Do not buy this desk…It’s takes 6 hours to put together.it was chip.directions was 29 pages with little pep talks on the top of the page like

    My desk looks ok, but one side where the door opens and the drawer above has a big gap about 1/2 “ at least. I put the J piece in correctly. I think the holes were drilled too high. Because the drawer just barely fits its so tight. Which leaves a big gap below. I guess I will just have to live with it, because there is no way I’m going to take it apart and drill holes. The door only goes so high. I adjusted it as high as it will go.

    Great quality fo such a kit. However given today’s technology & engineering capabilities one would think this could’ve come in more of a finished product. Many, many pieces but fairly easy to assemble. Took approx 2.5 hrs alone. Only missing a few of the 7/8″ woods screws but I had some in supply. Be careful when opening the hardware, I just laid it down then cut top of each little “bubble” to keep items categorized, making little pockets.
    Be thorough w/directions s not to get ahead of yourself.
