    Battery dont last long, and the ANC is not good for the price, I’d had cheaper headphone with better ANC

    I waited too long to try these out, and it’s too late to return them. They won’t fully charge, at least as indicated by the charging light. Red is charging, blue is charged. I’ve tried charged them via four USB power sources now (computer ports or computer USB hubs, as the instructions indicate this is the level of power required) for as long as 48 hours and the light is always red, never turns blue.

    Value: poor, if they can’t be used
    Quality: ditto
    Ease of Use: who knows?

    With sensitive ears and high levels anxiety it is nice to finally find a pair of headphones that have excellent noise cancellation and do not hurt my ears.

    Worthless. These were mediocre, at best, out of the box, but I was okay with that for the price. Now, however, the left speaker has stopped working and I am 3 days past my 15 day return window. Waste of money. At the store, I was told “Yeah, that’s why you should buy the service plan.” What?! That means that I should always assume products sold at Best Buy will break. Don’t waste your money and time like I did.

    Bought the first pair when it was on sale. However, unfortunately the left side did not have any sound. Tried to unpair and re-pair to different devices ranging from tablet, phone, and laptop. Nothing works. Contacted customer service of JLab, provided the necessary info and they follow through with their warranty, replacing another set directly from their warehouse in CA. Took another week for shipping to get to the east coast before able to use the headphones fully. In terms of material, the earpads are very comfortable. The ANC works okay, not great. But the bluetooth connects very fast and mostly stable. I would recommend only if it is on sale. Otherwise, the original price does not make it worth it.

    I love these headphones. they block out most noise. They could be improved a little bit. I can still hear moderately loud noises.

    Work well on bluetooth. Cord is a little short for reaching the headphone jack to listen to airplane movie.

    Range and battery life are great on these! Definitely require the 40 hour break-in as described on jlab’s website to get better sound.

    Light weight, long lasting battery life. Decently price for product quality. Noise canceling helps with flight travel to lawn work.

    On my second pair, will buy another. All in all a great value, battery life, sound quality, comfort. The only friend I have says that they sound great over Discord.

    Headphones I bought had a malfunction with chip. Called Company , sent me new pair. I wondered why the Best Buy salesman advised me not to buy, but i did. Maybe we got down on problems. I am happy with them. Company is great .

    Gteat sound. Long charge. Charges auickly. The noise canceling sounds are irritating though. But worth the expense. Be careful around the pool. It shut off whi l e walking in the pool. Not waterproof.

    Not too happy about these since whenever I use them for a phone call, there’s a really loud crackling and buzzing sound on my end, and even worse on the other persons end, and this is a week after having them. One of the main reason I got them. For 100.00 bucks, they should be better than this.

    Wish it connected with the device that is on though, it will connect to the device that it has originally paired to if it is asleep.

    The reviews looks good, so I gave them a try. The sound quality and noice cancelation was ok. The headphones themselves felt cheap. I understand that these are not high headphones. But you could definitely find something better around the same price range. Even jlab’s around the ear sport earbuds sound better than these headphones.
