    Great Disposal. I only needed one to take care of any scraps that slip through the sink strainer- particularly when the grandkids are around! This is more than powerful enough to handle my needs. I love that it takes up far less space under my sink too.

    This diaposal unit is a slim model, however it comes with attachments that allow it to replace a regularsize garbage dusposal without changing the existing plumbing. i had geeksquad install it and the thing works well and takes less space. This is warrantied for 6 years compared to other brands which vary from 2-4 years.

    This model is very small but manages to dice medium amounts of produce, etc. without a problem. The feature I like the most is that it is quiet and doesn’t shake the whole counter/sink when its running.

    I don’t know how the product works because I have had two installation appointments where NO ONE showed up or even called me.
    I would not recommend Best Buy at this point to anyone.

    This isn’t a bad product, it certainly does the job, however, there must have been a mis-step when it got installed because the water won’t drain from the sink/basin unless we turn it on. We will have it looked at by someone to see what the issue is.

    Item has not yet been installed as it was unavailable for delivery on the scheduled date. New installation date is March 1st. Item was delivered and I have read the instruction manual which is well written and very informative. Once it is installed I will gladly write an additional review.

    The store employee said this could be connected to a non plug in system. Could not be installed. Exchanged for a different model

    Great garbage disposal and very quiet operation. My only complaint is that it apparently doesn’t grind the food down enough for older plumbing metal and may cause clogging. It is really made for newer PVC plumbing systems. However, it is great for smaller food scraps and plate scapings.

    Compatible with my old disposal ring, so didn’t need to redo the top part. That saved a lot of effort.

    Descent product, terrible install by the TotalTech team. After the install left our pipes leaked for over a month. Called BestBuy 3-4 times to get them to come back out and it was nearly impossible to get another appointment set for them to correct their first install. The installers spoke Spanish and didn’t think I did so I could hear them saying that they broke one of the pieces.

    Good disposal for the money. Fairly quiet. Connected directly to existing mount from orher disposal from different manufacturer. The rubber insert that gets put in the sink drain hardly lets water through so that had to be cut a little.

    Good product! it sounds quieter than my previous disposal but it seems to be working the same amount of disposing as my old one, the free installation is also a gem! Took care of everything for me and I had nothing to worry about.

    A few months ago, I purchased the Smart Choice 1/2HP Corded Garbage Disposal in white. I wasn’t using it for my kitchen, but instead to build a DIY margarita machine. It absolutely does the trick in crushing the ice and keeping the drinks mixed well. Two thumbs up from me!

    I purchased a brand new garbage disposal and noticed it was leaking within three weeks of my paying for the appliance and installation. Best Buy send the same technician out who installed the garbage disposal and it was confirmed that it was defective which means it was defective when it was first installed. I contacted Best Buy customer service and they refuse to replace my garbage disposal due to under my sink has been leaking with water from the defective disposal that was installed. I spend 7 hours on the phone trying to get the correct manufacturer number to see if they can replace the item and every number Best Buy customer service provided was incorrect! I am still waiting on a manager to return my call 5 days later to resolve the issue and have yet to return my call! I have purchased several appliances throughout this year and wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy anything from them. My next step is the Better Business Bureau.
