Great purchase! Did my research before buying and read great things. Also, it’s used for a town home. No more one unit (washer and dryer) in one. Saves on water and energy. Plus, replaced a piece of junk. This machine dries my clothes/towels/bedding in no time. Wouldn’t get anything else.

The dryer has a steam feature that helps get out odors. The drying time is much less than the dryer that we replaced. There is an insert that allows items such as sweaters or athletic shoes to be dried without tumbling. It is also good for drying the comforter that we couldn’t safely do with the old unit.

I’ve had this dryer for about six weeks now, and the motor appears to be dying. It started making a loud noise, Samsung sent someone out to look at it, and they proceeded to break the dryer completely, leaving me with a very expensive useless machine.
I liked it when it worked, but not being able to do laundry is a pain.
