I personally believe that this toothbrush is over price yes it works yes it cleans your teeth pretty good but that’s not excuse that $200 price tag. It also needs to be charged every night or otherwise if that’s not work their way I supposed to if you do not charge it overnight every night it does lose power pretty easy

I have have been using diamond clean brushes for about 10 years now and so has my wife. My wif’s last brush broke down (quit charging after 3.5 years) so I saw this online on sale for much less than what i had paid for the older ones, but was familiar enough to know this is basically the same. Charges the same by induction base (I can actually still use old one) but it has bluetooth to connect to the philips sonicare app that you can track brushin with. My kids have used the sparkly app for sonicare kids app for years. This connected easil with the app. Overall, this does very well my wife is pleased, no major difference other than the head of the toothbush was different than the old diamond clean, so it took a bit to get used to. Very happy with the purchase

These tooth brushes can last for years and the investment is worth it. I like the slimmer carrying case the newer models come with. The color is so nice and I catch myself just looking at it sometimes. I was a bit bummed the charger was not compatible with my old tooth brush but the charger sure does look nicer.

Failed within first 4 weeks. First problem – loud vibration. Then vibration mechanism started failing. Had to call to Philips to get replacement, as manufacturing warranty is 1 year Replacement came in 5 days – works perfectly great!!! Great customer service!!!!

If you’ve never had an electric toothbrush than this is your sign to get one. Your mouth actually feels like its being deep cleaned when you use this. Functionality is a 10/10 for me. My one and only gripe is that for the price I wish they would’ve included a more luxury travel case. Putting this nice piece of hardware in such a regular plastic case just doesn’t sit right with me. Other than that this is an amazing product.

ordered formy daughter going to college and it arrived quickly, but the box was completely damaged and had been opened, then taped closed….looked like an open box situation and that’s not what I purchased. I ordered a brand new pricey electric toothbrush. I will be taking it back to the store tomorrow to have them order me a new item.

The toothbrush started turning on, on its own. I could not get it to stop. I kept getting up in the middle of the night to turn it off. I finally had to wrap it in a blanket and wait until the battery died. I did a search, and I guess the circuit boards malfunction if water gets past the seal? I only owned it for 10 months when this started happening. I don’t soak it in water so I’m not sure how it malfunctioned.

Great toothbrush. I’ve had several Sonicare toothbrushes. They’ve all been great but everyone that I’ve had have crapped out within a year or two. More than likely from me dropping them but nonetheless they all have failed. I strongly recommend buying the bestbuy extended warranty so it’s covered when it does fail.

Excellent rechargeable toothbrush. I like the Blue/Black color. It works great. Many different settings for family member preferences. I don’t know how long the battery lasts because I always keep it on the charger when not in use.
