    This is my most horrible customer service yet from Best Buy. I bought an item online and drove to the store to pick it up. They already canceled my order. Reason out of stock. I drove an hour. And I’m still getting emails about review and if my customer experience was good. What a joke. I don’t think I’ll be patronizing Best Buy any longer. The customer service at the morrow location was horrific!

    I have been juicing for over a year now and just upgraded myself to this cold press juicer. I have never gotten as much juice out of one pineapple as now! it’s not very loud and compact so it doesn’t disturb or take up too much space. I’m very happy with my purchase!

    After reseaching for a while i finally decded on this juicer and after a month (use twice a week) I love it! Cleans easily since all pieces come apart, not too loud, good size doesnt take up too mich space on counter.

    We had another type of juicer, the centrifugal type and it was so hard to clean and made a mess. This ninja cold press is so much better. Clean-up takes like a minute. 30 seconds if you quickly wash in between juicing when it does eventually clog a little. Squeezes a lot of juice out compared to others and emptying the pulp is a breeze. The only issue is you do need to cut the fruit/vegetables into smaller pieces than other juicers. But it grinds and squeezes them up quickly so it doesn’t take long to juice whatever you are juicing. Excellent product for its cost!!!!!!

    The juicer works great but the prepping could take a lot of time if ur juicing a lot of produce. It is easy to clean and set up is simple I would recommend reading the instructions before use.

    Really pleased with the product. We use it almost once a week and it was super easy to get the juice we wanted to blend with no hassle. It is easy to mix and remove the pieces to be able to wash them.

    The taste of juice is the same as centrifugal ,very easy to clean up after, I tried carrots, oranges, pomegranate,,pineapple celery,apple ,it takes longer time to squeeze juice sometimes the juice stops coming out of filter and clog ,and slices needs to be cut into smaller pieces. Leftover pulps need to get squeezed couple times for better results.

    Honestly i love it maybe becuase ive never owned a juicer? Cons: it has quite a few pieces to it that it makes me not want to juice. The tjought of having to wash all the pieces afterwards is a hassle. Pros: its a great juicer and fairky easy to use.
