    I have been putting it to use and have not seen any issues with the unit. It does heat up the waffles a little hotter than it suggests in the manual but that just means I get waffles sooner. I love it.

    Love it! I wanted to try it out bc I do like ninja products and it definitely did not disappoint! I haven’t quite mastered the perfect amount to pour into the waffle maker but I’m pretty close and my waffles turn out perfectly cooked every time! My kids even use it with ease. It truly is non stick you can wipe it down after use no problem, definitely a great buy!

    I am very impressed with the Ninja wafflemaker. I have several Ninja products and have never been disappointed. It turns out perfectly browned, great-tasting waffles every time. Completely nonstick and takes up little counter space. Pleased to see that the PTFE coating is safe to use.

    My only ‘ding’ is that my waffles don’t always fill all four quadrants. I am still figuring out how much batter to use. Not a deal breaker.

    High quality as expected from Ninja. The design is unique but doesn’t take long to get used to. Had purchased a dual waffle maker but parts of it melted so I returned it and bought this one. Night and day difference as this appliance feels much more solid, makes more consistent waffles, and cleans up easily. Once you dial in how much batter to add, it’s simple and has a loud beep to let you know it’s done. The vertical design allows for half batches if necessary to finish off the rest of mixed batter, and they come out like all the others. If you pour a bit too much, it bubbles up to the top of the spout which still gets cooked. My family likes that part, and it gives you a part to pull the waffle out of the machine. Bottom line, it’s unconventional but it’s well worth it. Buy it and don’t look back.

    I love the reliability and build quality of Ninja products, but i just didn’t like the design of this waffle maker (pouring the batter in through the top). I couldn’t seem to master the amount for my sourdough waffles. I seemed to either pour too little and get ugly waffles or pour too much and it would overflow the top as it cooked. It was also difficult to clean.

    I only used it a few times before giving it to a friend when a friend gave me a different kind for a gift, not realizing I already had a waffle maker. I liked the gift (a Cuisinart) so much better than this one.

    This thing is amazing. I love Ninja and this waffle maker is worth the money. We’ve hosted family brunch..my husband took it to work for a company function and it was a hit. So simple to use and i l love how it is less messy than the standard waffle makers

    Really a good product that makes waffles perfect every time. If the cooking plate/grids were removable for washing I would have rated this appliance 10 stars. Regardless, being a Ninja, it’s well built, not flimsy and works like a charm. The cleaning is pretty easy but your mind could be put at ease if the cooking surfaces could be removed and washed with soap and water or in the dishwasher. I would recommend this product to my family and friends.

    Bought this waffle making without my husband knowing. Once it came he thought the design was pretty smart. It tells you how much to put in and it doesn’t spill out to the sides unlike the circular 360 ones. I made him waffles & eggs one Saturday and we’ve been having the same breakfast every Saturday ever since I ordered this Ninja Waffle Maker.

    I liked that it made square belgian waffles and advertised an upgraded nonstick surface. It heats up fast. I’m not sure I’ll use settings 1-4, though. Anything less than 5 seems to be too light for our tastes. The total weight of this waffle iron is great…very light. Easy to store away in the cabinet as well.

    Super easy to use ! Just follow the instructions on using the provided cup , fill it up and wait about 4 minutes and you have delicious waffles !! Super compact size , takes up zero room in cabinets

    Nice little waffle maker! Pretty quick and easy to make evenly cooked waffles! Bonus is cleanup was not very difficult even though the plates are not removable! Definitely recommend!

    Does a great job cooking waffles. A little trial and error with how much batter to pour in. Easy cleanup. The only con to the upright is you can’t put in solid ingredients. They will get stuck at the top or fall to the bottom. So if you like chocolate chips in your waffles, put them on top after it’s cooked! 🙂

    I would give it 5 starts but it has one con which is when u put add ons to ur waffle batter like chocolate chips or fruit they won’t pass thru the cracks can be solved by chopping up small pieces but that’s about it overall the waffles come out perfectly cooked and my kids absolutely love them.
