    This unit does pretty much what I need it to do. One thing to be aware of is that it doesn’t have a USB data port like other similar APC units. This would come into play if you wanted to use this unit to connect to the PowerChute Windows software on a connected PC.

    Good, but not enough power for a good gaming desktop. Under heavy load from intensive graphics use, the power load alarm goes off.

    This APC battery backup surge protector was easy to set up (although you have to press the power button FIRMLY to turn it on). Although power has not gone out recently, I have confidence this will protect my PC, Router and Modem.

    Great option to set alarm sound ti multi setting. That way it doesn’t beep continuously when power is off. Slightly difficult to program the beeper.

    Works great. I bought a second. Now I have one for my desktop setup and for my TV and Internet modem. Prevents devices from disconnecting during short power outages.

    This item performs as advertised. I purchased this item to provide battery backup for the internet and telephone in the event of a power failure. I purchased two more units to keep some LED lamps on. This is to protect my 92 year old mother who lives alone. This will provide internet, telephone and lighting for two hours during a power outage.

    I have been thinking about purchasing a power backup for a number of years, and finally decided to do it after the purchase of a new desktop computer. It works great and over the past few weeks I have had a number of power outages or glitches, with none of them affecting my system. If you want to protect your computer investment, then this is a great choice. It has a good power capacity and and is a great price.

    This Surge protector does a great job in preventing data loss due to power failures.
    The 9 outlets are great. I only needed 5 outlets, but the extra outlets are good to have for any future needs.

    APC has never disappointed me. This unit provided +5hrs uptime for a single network appliance. Purchased a second to see how long it maintains power fo a Mac and (2) monitors.

    I had one power failure so far…. Only lasted about 10mins… but the unit functioned as designed; I purchased 2 units for my network; they are slim in size; one is secluded under a small table to support FIOS power and the other sits on a shelf in a closet to support my router & Ethernet switch.

    This is a great size backup to plug in several devices when you are only looking for a few minutes to shut them all down. It won’t run them for extended time but that wasn’t what I wanted. Outlet spacing is good.
