    Excellent product very easy to work with. Easy to install on my computer.

    Didn’t not receive digital download code within the 4 hours stated. Called customer care and was told the request may take 48 hours to complete. Very disappointed.

    Although the results are fairly good, the lack of instructions require an unnecessarily long learning curve.

    The pg. is worth the cost; however, it is very limited in terms of content and functionality. Customer support was my biggest hurdle to get it to work – which it still will not do – i.e. print out the family tree pedigree as a whole – it will only do it for a person and the related parties – and sharing this is another whole issue.
