    Purchased and returned.
    Blender not very strong didn’t mix well.
    Chunks of ice and unmixed ingredients.
    Insulated cups were good and the recipes that we tried were good, but the blender was not powerful.
    Buy a good blender and look up recipes online save yourself the hassle of returning it and invest in a better blender.

    I mainly bought this for the frappe maker, the consistency isn’t what I was looking for or expected and I wouldn’t even personally call it a frappe. It’s not really frozen, just melts everything and makes it a cold coffee.

    It still works for my teachers, since they can’t have hot coffee in their classroom but it just wasn’t what we were expecting.

    Very awesome little Machine. Makes the perfect drinks for my wife and I. Very simple to use. We make more and more drinks now instead of going to the local Dutch Bros coffee spot . Had for little over 2 months and no issues. Highly recommend for creative drinks .

    I love it. My twin sister and I make iced coffees every night. We don’t go out to buy them anymore. We either use 2 percent milk or half & half. No flavorings. It comes out just right. Thanks for offering this to us. You can use any kind of ground coffee.

    We licecthis coffee maker. My son has used it 3 times a day at least since we purchased it. He has perfected his frozen mocha frappes so they taste as good if not better than Starbucks coffees. We have more than paid for the machine with all the mobey we have saved from not buying coffee at Starbucks. This was our best purchase by far that we have made! Plus we hot it on sale! Best Buy had the best pricecfor this coffee maker. Believe me I shopped around.

    This is a great coffee/latte/frappe machine! My wife and I use it every day and we save money on buying Starbucks/Dunkin. This thing is a beast and will save you hundreds of dollars on coffee if you drink coffee like me and wife do. We have mastered the craft of this machine, I feel like we working at a Starbucks. Anyways, I highly recommend getting you one of these Mr. Coffee’s, it will not disappoint!

    I really enjoy this machine. It makes delicious frappes and very good iced coffee. I don’t use it for hot coffee, since I don’t like hot coffee. You can’t beat the price on this item. The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because I think the instruction book could be a little clearer. A great buy for your money, and Best Buy had it at the best price I was able to find – better than anywhere on Amazon, at the time.

    Let’s start by saying that I really enjoy this product, and it’s easily a five star product except for one recurring issue:

    I have had this less than a year, and I have had three blender cups that eventually to leak when blending a frappe. So far, the one year warranty has replaced them, but once that is over, I will likely be searching for a new frappe maker.

    As far as when it’s not leaking, it makes great coffee, great iced coffee, and simple frappes.
