Soap sputters and spits. I tried all adjustments and tubes. It’s just messy. I have other simplehuman products and have always been happy with them. This one- not so much. Happier with the $10 version I have that runs on batteries. The hightlight was the soap that came with it. It does smell really good and leaves your hands feeling nice.

Good product overall. I mix it with regular dish soap and it works fine. 1 part soap 3 parts water. No complains so far.
