    This is a nice wine fridge, looks sleek and has two temperature zones. However, I wouldn’t say it holds 28 bottles unfortunately. Tall bottles like Rieslings or Sauvignon Blanc and wide bottles like Pinot Noir will be troublesome. You’ll be able to find some room to fit them, but the fridge can only hold a few of these types, which is disappointing considering the price and it’s advertised to hold 28 bottles.

    After 4 months of use, this unit had completely stopped working. We contacted NewAir for a replacement and told us they could send us a unit if we wrote a positive review on their website. Keep in mind that it has only been 4 months and we are still entitled to the 1-year warranty. Once posted, as a joke it seems, they sent us a refurbished broken and dented unit. We contacted them and they are no longer responding to our emails, technically ignoring us. So, we are hoping Best Buy can work with to allow us to get this returned or exchanged for a working new unit. I would not recommend this company as they treat their customers like crap.

    Arrived undamaged, works great. The temperature is accurate across both top and bottom shelves. We store wine, champagne, and even some larger beer cans.

    This is a beautiful dual-zone wine fridge that is so easy to use! Be aware that the lighted display is very bright blue at night, so consider that with where you place the fridge. I can’t believe how many bottles it holds in a small space, but this has been a great replacement for a former wine fridge that was no longer working. Very happy with our purchase!

    Absolutely incredible so far. Got on a really good sale so it was cheaper than most dual zone of similar capacity. The temperature stays at a constant, and the best part is we haven’t heard it kick on once. Couldn’t recommend more.

    We are very pleased with this wine cooler. Since we have the larger white wine bottles, we can only fit about 20 bottles in but we knew that when we ordered it. This cooler looks classy and does a good job maintaining the correct temps. Plus it is quiet.

    The one star is not about whether I was satisfied that the wine cooler looked and function as it should. It was delivered in a water damaged packaging. They were numerous dents and scratches. I refused delivery and awaited for a replacement. After a few weeks I was told this item is no longer available and promptly received refund from BB.

    Quiet. Easy to set. Holds less than indicated, but that’s to be expected. Maximum cooling is 45° on top and 54° on the bottom. Should be the opposite as you might want to put a couple of bottles of sparkling wine on the bottom shelf. Shelves are a bit flimsy, but not an issue.

    Might be a little early to tell… But very easy to operate assemble etc. Like that there are two zones. To figure out how this fits 24 bottles though. Took a little time to figure out which temperature control controlled the top and which control the bottom. Fantastic value for this unit.

    This little wine fridge has an excellent two zone range, perfect for keeping my whites ready to drink, and long-term storage for my collectable reds. I was looking for a compact solution so I will have an easy selection in our bar area and not have to go to the main cellar, and this perfectly fit the bill.

    I’ve had the NewAir wine fridge for about a month and so far am very pleased with the unit. It appears to be a good value for the price. I like that it has the Dual Zone for red and white wines. I had read some reviews before purchasing and was concerned that some folks had said that the unit was noisy, however, I have found it to be extremely quiet!!!

    Worthless. It stopped working at 1 year and 10 months. It was hot and emitting this putrid smell. Seemed as if it would have caught fire if I didn’t notice and unplug it in time.

    This was my third attempt at getting a working/acceptable wine cooler from Best Buy. First one, a different brand would not work when first plugged in. The second one was damaged in shipment. Thie one I kept rand when started and even though it had a dent in the door frame, I kept it because it worked and is working as expected. It was acceptable in all other aspects, so I kept it.

    We purchased one of these wine refrigerators in 2021. It lasted 1 year before the temperature control system failed. I have been in contact with NewAir for 8 months to buy a new temperature control component to replace the one in our unit but the company still does not have them in stock. We have had to buy another refrigerator for our wine.

    Nice looking. Interior light and temperature control arrows didn’t work. Had to pack it all back up and return it. Very inconvenient.
    Ordered a different brand from a different seller.
    Didn’t want a replacement that might be refurbished.

    Nice wine cooler. Holds many bottles compactly and love the two different temperature zones for red and white wine. Red needs to be slightly chilled and you can customize the exact temp. It is really quiet and includes a blue light that can add ambience to the room.

    It’s smaller than I was told in the chat , I had to put a piece of wood to fill gap in space and does not hold the amount of bottles – you have to remove racks to put a bigger bottle and then you won’t be able to keep but 12/13

    This is a very nice looking wine fridge..looks great with the blue light on but can also be turned off if you choose. It’s VERY quiet and seems to be working well. It’s only been plugged in since Christmas but no concerns yet. Don’t like the fact that you can not pull the shelves out further than a inch or two without supporting them…they will fall otherwise. Not a great feature but would still buy again.

    I love this fridge, keeps consistent temps and has ample staff the one caveat to that would be when it comes to Riesling bottles which don’t properly fit like others. Besides that it works quite well.

    needing small, simple storage for daily reds and whites in our pantry, this little fridge works great. the stated capacity would require perfect bottle sizes to fit that many in, but for storing wine ready to drink, it’s perfect for the job even if you only get about 18-20 bottles realistically

    Nice fridge but the controls for temperature and lights do not function , only when I plug it in it allows me to adjust temperature but after a few minutes the buttons feel locked. I can’t even turn the light on.
