    It works really well. Super simple and quick. I love it and will be using all the time.

    Recipe book can be confusing for beginners.
    Instead of measuring cups, it is more accurate and consistent if written for weight. Also try to soak instant yeast if you get dense bread even instruction stated to add yeast last with dry ingredients.

    Love it! So easy to use— it has very clear instructions for how to make bread. You basically add the ingredients and let the machine do all the work. It can be a little loud, but it’s easy to program and run while you’re out running errands.
    You won’t get squishy wonder bread, but it is fresh and crispy on the outside—- the way a good bread should be!!!

    This is such an easy to use appliance. Put the ingredients in and it does all the work. It does take quite a bit of time but it goes through two kneading cycles. It makes a small loaf, but that way your bread never gets a chance to get stale. We need to experiment more because we found the recipe for plain white to be a bit heavy of the flour taste. Otherwise this is nice and easy clean up.

    Love this bread maker. In my opinion a 1 1/2 pound loaf turns out better than a 2 pound loaf. If I want a 2 pound loaf I am usually making buns out of the dough or will raise the final raise in a bread pan. The dough raises actually too much for what height is allowed for the bread and will stick on the inside top of the machine. It will usually fall a little and you can get a funny looking top. This bread maker takes all the work out of making your own dough and bread. I have no problem with it jumping around on the counter nor get the counter warm. Works very good for me. Included pictures of the 2 pound loaf, but the 1 1/2 pound loaf look perfect.

    So I bought this for my fiance as an introductory get into baking but we are starting with breads and jam! We would if loved to the product 5 stars but some of the recipes they give you do not work. However thing makes such fantastic bread we will never buy bread at a store ever again! BUY IT NOW! Best value, simple machine, size is perfect! I would buy this over and over again!

    This is the best investment I’ve made in years! Super easy to make fresh bread that doesn’t contain a lot of ingredients you can’t pronounce. The smell on bread day is amazing! I love this and wish I had bought it earlier. It comes with easy to use instructions and recipe book. We will never buy bread again! This lets you select loaf sizes, crust color, etc. Our house smells like a bakery!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    On your first few uses, it may seem like a good deal until the nonstick coating starts flaking off into your bread within 2-3 months after purchase. Non-stick teflon like coatings are what’s called PFAS. It stays in your body and causes cancer. I’d rather pay more for a bread maker than for medical bills.

    Get one with a stainless steel pan if possible.

    This bread maker works well and the bread from it was very tasty. The recipes provided are easy to read.

    Produce a lot of ice for its size. If the ice melts then it just remakes it into ice

    After tweaking the recipes contained in the provided recipe book, I am able to get a perfect loaf every time. I do not recommend following any of the recipes provided. Experimenting and Googling is the only way to make it work right. The provided recipes call for too much flour and yeast – a big waste and guaranteed failure.

    I have enjoyed the fresh gluten free bread baked in the bread machine. I do have to scrape the sides down, but otherwise it works well.

    Very nice machine, however we can’t seem to get the fluffy texture that we want. Every loaf comes out very dense. Don’t think we are doing anything wrong but it doesn’t produce what we expected.

    Easy to use and comes with a variety of recipes. To hints to pass on though; Make sure your ingredients are room temperature, and keep an eye on the dough to make sure it is not too wet or too dry.
    I do wish, however, they would make a bread pan without the paddle, so you could transfer your dough into that for the baking cycle.

    Most reviews are written soon after purchase. I’ve discovered that the thermostat of this machine goes bad in two years. That’s about 36 loaves in my house, It gets too hot, even on the dough only setting, and kills the yeast. Cuisinart is no longer the quality business it used to be.
