    This my second Cuisinart 12 C Coffee Maker. My previous one was purchased in 1994 and has lasted all this time. I really love this Coffee Maker. I love to set it to have coffee ready in the morning before going to work. On weekends I turn it on whenever. I brews fast, delicious and just the right temperature even after adding creamer. I have not one thing negative to say about this product.

    Good coffee maker. Works well, Had same model for 10 years (+/-) and it was fine, but it will drip all coffee if it gets a few grounds in the pour. Make sure it stays clean of grounds and it works fine.

    I love this coffee pot for the convenience of having the coffee dispensed the way it does. However this is my third coffee maker because the water holder cracks on top. Two have cracked already. I love it but not sure if everyone would think the trade off is worth it.

    This is the second time I have had this item since buying my home in 2014. This pot keeps coffee fresh. I would not have had to buy another if family would stop using it like it’s a commercial item.

    Coffee is brewed perfectly and fairly quickly. Only negative comment i have is that i wish the coffee pot stayed on longer than 2 hours at a time.

    I have used a carafe less coffee maker like this for years. It’s the only one I will use. My current one still works well, but the gauge quit working. I wanted to be sure to have a backup in case Cuisinart stops making this model.

    My husband absolutely LOVED this coffee maker.
    I have purchased this coffee maker TWO times. First one I didn’t realize to check warranty after it started leaking, so I bought another.
    The second coffee maker started leaking after approx 2 1/2 yrs (has a 3 yr factory warranty) from when we bought it. I contacted Cuisinart to replace due to leaking in two places. They told me I had to CUT the cord off of a WORKING coffee maker (working but leaking) and email pictures to them of CUT cord and the coffee maker, and wait 7-10 business days for another to be mailed to me. This is NOT okay. That means we’re out of a coffee maker for at least a week to wait for the new one. I WILL NEVER purchase one of these EVER again. This is the absolute worse exchange policy I’ve ever experienced. I asked them if I could mail back to them the leaking unit once I received the new one, and they said “unfortunately no”. INEXCUSABLE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will be shopping for another coffee maker and never buying Cuisinart again!!!!! Do not buy from this company, specifically this model!
